Это ужасное место. Расположение в явно криминальном районе. Номер отвратительный. Проход к нему по обшарпаной тёмной лестнице с запахом мочи. Условия бронирования были оплата на месте под гарантию карты. Увидев все в отели, у меня возникли обоснованные опасения по безопасности моей семьи и автомобиля. Обидно, что в этой ситуации клиент полностью беззащитен. Booking.com посчитал, что я не приехал в отель и стоимость была списана в полном объёме. Буду признателен, если ответите на мою претензию. Фото и видео готов предоставить.
