Hotel che attrae e affascina
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, dalla cordialità dell’addetto al garage, il sorriso e consigli della receptionist “bionda e riccia” che ci ha accolto, al personale della sala per la cena e colazione, alle signore delle pulizie nei piani: gentilezza e professionalità al primo posto. La vista sul mare dalla terrazza al 7’ piano sulla spiaggia di Grado emoziona; cena e colazione superlative. Stanza pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Piscina, Spa e piccolo ristoro nella Spa molto belle e curate nei servizi. Hotel che sotto alcuni aspetti riporta piacevolmente al passato, insegnando la storia delle nostre terre. Consiglio sia un soggiorno breve che lungo in questo hotel.

Gutes Hotel aber könnte besser sein
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut,das Auto wurde bequem in die Garage geparkt

Cons:

Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich waren viel zu kalt,kein warmes Wasser.
Das ganze Hotel war ziemlich kalt,bei dem Frühstück hatten sie Heizstrahler zusätzlich angebracht.In der Dusche waren Haare das geht gar nicht.
400 Euro für eine Nacht ist es nicht wert,zu teuer was man dafür bekommt.

Pros:

A szálloda 5 percre helyezkedik el a központtól és 3 percre a tengerparttól. 3 liftje van. A félpanzió tökéletes, a választék fantasztikus. Itt ettük a legfinomabb sült szalonnát. A tengeri herkentyűk minden formája megtalálható. A pincérek nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek. A wellness-részlege is megfelelő méretű. A szálloda szépen fel volt díszítve karácsony alkalmából.
Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Cons:

A parkolás. Ha használni akarod az autódat, előtte 30 perccel be kell jelentened, hogy az alkalmazott előálljon az autóval, és mindezért 20 eurót fizetsz naponta. Az 5. emeleten lévő szobánk erkélyét a szomszédos erkélyektől egy ponyva választotta csak el. A medence víze hűvös volt. A szállodában a szobán kívül hűvös volt. / étterem, folyosók, szalonok /

Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Hotel schlecht beheizt (Frühstücksraum, Bar und Speisesaal)
Hotel leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

L'edificio, complessivamente, e le camere in particolare richiederebbero una ristrutturazione e di essere riammodernate.
