Hotel di classe in posizione meravigliosa
Pros:

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione centrale, vicina al centro centro storico e al lungomare. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente e la piscina sul tetto. Anche la colazione era ottima e molto varia, con un'offerta capace di soddisfare tutti i gusti. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Un altro punto a favore di questo hotel è il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento.

Cons:

Mio figlio si è lamentato del materasso del divano letto, ma si sa che i divani letto non sono mai particolarmente comodi. Inoltre per una sola notte andava comunque bene.

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende eine einzige Enttäuschung.

Schon bei der Ankunft mit dem Auto wurden wir zunächst nicht in die Garage gelassen, weil wir angeblich keinen Stellplatz reserviert hätten. Dabei hatte ich mehrfach vorab mit der Rezeption per E-Mail Kontakt. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde mir von einer Mitarbeiterin tatsächlich gesagt, ich solle „nicht lügen“, denn die Information würde in der Willkommensmail stehen. Spoiler: Tat sie nicht.

Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft ebenfalls noch nicht fertig. Kein Weltuntergang – wir wollten eh ans Meer.

Im Zimmer erwartete uns ein massiv unangenehmer Geruch, irgendwo zwischen Zigarettenrauch und altem Schweiß. Ich habe dies an der Rezeption gemeldet. Man wollte sich darum kümmern. Hat man offenbar nicht, denn stunden später stank das Zimmer noch immer genauso.

Als wäre das mit einer kleinen Tochter nicht schon genug, gab es am Abend zusätzlich ein Trommelkonzert mit entsprechendem Lärm bis Mitternacht. Schlafen? Fehlanzeige.

Auch den Lärm und die Tatsache, dass wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter deshalb nicht schlafen konnten, habe ich an der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Antwort? Man könne dafür nichts und könne auch nichts dagegen unternehmen. Service am Gast sieht definitiv anders aus.

Und für dieses Erlebnis durften wir am nächsten Tag knapp 300 € bezahlen.

300 € für ein stinkendes Zimmer, eine schlaflose Nacht und einen derart unfreundlichen und gleichgültigen Umgang mit Gästen.

Fantasztikus pihenés, szuper helyen!
Pros:

Fantasztikus reggeli, a személyzet rendkívül udvarias, a medencék fantasztikusak, gyönyörő kilátás fentről, nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, parkolást foglaltunk , korrekt fedett parkoló, a sazobák megfelelő méretűek, klíma tökéletesen működik ,halkan.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet auch das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer, Fliesen - Einrichtung etc. sind alt, allerdings sauber. Der Balkon war nicht schön - Rasenteppich. Das Hotel riecht beim betreten wie ein Museum.
