Generous and varied breakfast, friendly staff, parking available, dog -friendly

Cons:

It's great that the accommodation is dog-friendly. I indicated that we would be arriving with three small dogs (two Chihuahuas and one Yorkshire Terrier), and they wrote that the fee for dogs is €15 per day per small dog. So we expected to pay €60 for four nights. However, they calculated the daily fee as follows: EUR 15*3 dogs*4 nights = EUR 180. I felt cheated because this was not mentioned in the message!

Hotel che attrae e affascina
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, dalla cordialità dell’addetto al garage, il sorriso e consigli della receptionist “bionda e riccia” che ci ha accolto, al personale della sala per la cena e colazione, alle signore delle pulizie nei piani: gentilezza e professionalità al primo posto. La vista sul mare dalla terrazza al 7’ piano sulla spiaggia di Grado emoziona; cena e colazione superlative. Stanza pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Piscina, Spa e piccolo ristoro nella Spa molto belle e curate nei servizi. Hotel che sotto alcuni aspetti riporta piacevolmente al passato, insegnando la storia delle nostre terre. Consiglio sia un soggiorno breve che lungo in questo hotel.

Gutes Hotel aber könnte besser sein
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut,das Auto wurde bequem in die Garage geparkt

Cons:

Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich waren viel zu kalt,kein warmes Wasser.
Das ganze Hotel war ziemlich kalt,bei dem Frühstück hatten sie Heizstrahler zusätzlich angebracht.In der Dusche waren Haare das geht gar nicht.
400 Euro für eine Nacht ist es nicht wert,zu teuer was man dafür bekommt.
