Cons:

A Small old room..
The last straw was the blanket that lost its duvet cover during the night (it consisted of two sheets). Fixing something like that in the middle of the night was impossible. I couldn’t reach the reception by phone, so I had to go downstairs myself. The “alternative” they offered was a new blanket and two separate sheets -which was quite cringe and of course didn’t solve the problem. I’m going to sleep now, but this is really a mess.
