Tolles Hotel zum weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Leckeres Frühstück, wenig Leute am Pool, nettes Personal. Super Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und Stadt entfernt. Fü kleine Kinder ist der Junior Park fast neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Beim Zimmer war draußen immer so ein lautes Geräusch (Lüftung, Maschine) das man zwei mal am Tag für länger Zeit einschaltet.

In unserem Zimmer wurde am ersten Abend eingebrochen und Bargeld gestohlen. Die Rezeption wurde sofort darüber informiert und wollte am nächsten Tag mit der Hotelleitung sprechen, da auch noch in ein zweites Zimmer eingebrochen wurde. Nach noch 2 mal nachfragen am nächsten Tag hat man gemerkt, dass das Thema der Rezeptionistin sichtlich unangenehm war und eigentlich lieber nicht mehr darüber sprechen wollte. Die Rezeptionistin konnte da wenig dafür aber die Hotelleitung hat sich weder blicken lassen, geschweige denn entschuldigt oder irgendeine Form der Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Wir sind dann selbstständig auf die Polizeistation gegangen und haben den Diebstahl angezeigt. Das Hotel kann freilich nur bedingt etwas dafür wenn jemand einbricht aber wie damit umgegangen wurde fand ich sehr unprofessionell, was auch der Hauptgrund für die schlechte Bewertung ist. Zusätzlich ist zu erwähnen, dass die Ganggeräusche aufgrund schlechter Türen extrem laut im Zimmer zu hören sind. Das Zimmer selbst war recht klein aber war sauber und prinzipiell in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung lediglich die Spiegeleier waren jeden Tag halb roh und nicht lange genug gebraten. Das Personal spricht größtenteils nur gebrochen Deutsch und leider auch kaum Englisch was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwerte.

Notre séjour dans l’ensemble ça va mais on y retournera plus car, il y a énormément D’AUTRICHIENS pour ne pas dire que….

Pas grand choses….à part le personnels qui étaient sympa,mais à l’accueil,sans plus.

Le 1 er jour nous n’avions pas de télé,et pas de coffre fort,et pas de carte ne pas déranger….
