We like the hotel it is in a great area, sheets etc changed every second day which was great.
Pros:

The location is excellent, lots of good restaurants nearby and a reasonable walk to the Spanish steps. The breakfast was great, lovely views over the city and lovely croissants, rolls and cold meats . The staff on reception are lovely, very pleasant and helpful.
Hoping to be back next year.

Cons:

The shower cubicle was small and we had no view. No bar.

la colazione all'ultimo piano con vista panoramica è qualcosa di fantastico. stanze comode e pulite. staff gentile e disponibile. non ho fatto fatica neanche a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze dell'albergo. Solo un po' di attenzione sulle ztl

Cons:

non c'è nulla onestamente che non mi sia piaciuto. ogni volta che torno a Roma se posso pernotto nel medesimo hotel che, tra l'altro, è nelle vicinanze della fermata della metro e di villa borghese.

Not very clean, hard pillows and bed, shower water goes switching between burning and freezing (very uncomfortable), hallway smelled like cigarettes for 7 days straight

Cons:

es wird angeworben dass es a) ein 4-Sterne Hotel ist, was es niemals ist! und B) ein Parking Platz besteht, aber man wird dann verwiesen auf eine externe Garage Ludovisi für extra Euro 25.- pro Tag!
c) Dann wird am Schluss noch zusätzlich die Taxe verlangt, aber im Booking Angebot ist diese bereits enthalten! Ich habe mich geweigert diese bei diesem extrem hohen Preis gegenüber maximal 3-Sterne Hotel zu bezahlen.
