Hotel que poderia ser muito bom está meio desanimado...
Pros:

A localização é boa. Não fica dentro do centro histórico, mas não é longe. Táxi até algumas das principais atrações da cidade custa cerca de 20 Euros. O metrô, estação Lepanto, é bem próximo do hotel. É possível jantar em lugares diferentes, por uma semana, sem se distanciar mais do que 500 a 700 metros do hotel.

Cons:

O hotel necessita uma pequena injeção de ânimo! Nada demais... Por exemplo, roupas de cama mais modernas em quartos clássicos seriam muito interessantes! A reforma do banheiro na recepção seria bem vinda. Café da manhã com maior diversidade de itens seria bom!

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Camera grande e pulita. Personale presente e premuroso.

Pros:

The location, unique style, the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness were all excellent. It's not a big hotel, so it was very quiet, despite being in the city center, just 1 minute from the metro station.

Cons:

Compared to the general standard of the hotel, the only slightly negative experience was the lack of variety at breakfast and the poor selection of fresh pastries.

Hotel in stile retrò, in posizione ottima e tranquilla. Prezzo adeguato. Lo consiglio.
Pros:

Struttura in stile retrò in posizione ottima, adiacente la fermata della metropolitana, fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato e vicina al centro (15min a piedi per il Vaticano o Piazza del Popolo) posta in un quartiere tranquillo lontano dalla zona turistica. Dimensione della camera (nel mio caso tripla) sufficiente e bagno spazioso. Pulizia nella norma. Colazione standard con buona scelta all'interno di una terrazza coperta al quinto piano con discreta vista sulla città. Personale gentile, educato e disponibile al dialogo.

Cons:

La gestione del parcheggio è l'unica criticità a causa della posizione in zona centrale: esistono pochi posteggi riservati da prenotare chiamando l'hotel. Ma nulla di veramente grave da costituire un problema: nel caso siano esauriti, tutto intorno alla struttura ci sono parcheggi pubblici a pagamento.

clean ,comfortable, warm and welcoming
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of delicious breakfast items. All food was freshly cooked and baked and all the breakfast area was pristine and clean. The lady looking after the guests was attentive, friendly and courteous without being intrusive. The location is on the Vatican side of the river so within easy walking distance. The Trevi fountain and all other tourist sights can be accessed by walking but the tube is minutes away from the Hotel. tickets are cheap and the journey is quick and easy to navigate. The room was clean and kept refreshed with towels and supplies etc. The bed was enormous and there was a spacious wardrobe, desk and chair. The bathroom in our room had a bath/shower large sink toilet, bidet and was beautiful.

Cons:

Loved our hotel the only thing missing was a kettle in the room however we are sure if we had asked one would have been provided.

Cons:

Funcionários extremamente rudes, mal educados, mal preparados para trabalhar em hotel. A senhora do café da manhã é simplesmente a mais grosseira que já encontrei num hotel. Indicaram um táxi onde fomos roubados, a tarifa base para o aeroporto não foi respeitada. Típico de esquemas de malandragem.
