Overall very nice stay, location is convenient to the metro which we used to traverse to attractions in Rome.
Pros:

Front desk staff were more than helpful in getting us situated. Simone was very helpful in getting us checked in & helping to secure a spot in parking garage next door. Trainee, Francesco, is also going to be a great asset to your company, he is kind and very attentive in assisting us with checkout and answering our questions. Well done Simone & Francesco!!

Cons:

Was a delay in check-in due to housekeeping did not have room ready by 2pm.

Room size is too small for double room.
I went to Hilton garden in Singapore and Sri Lanka, those rooms and set up is very good.
but Rome Hilton garden is spoiling the Hilton name and prestige.

A pesar de que me informaron haberme hecho un upgrade a una cama más grande, la habitación estaba sucia con mi has manchas de pintura en el piso, paredes, la puerta de entrada muy deteriorada.

Nice and Clean
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Ice machine in lobby. We had a king room and the room was very tiny. The bathroom was also very small, but we were really only in the room to sleep. Also, the hotel is located about a 25 minute walk to the colosseum so don’t think you’re goin g to be right beside the museum.
