I loved everything about this hotel, we initially reserved at BestWestern and the hotel got bought and renovated by Hilton, the transition was very smooth, the staff helped us with any questions we had. We did not have breakfast, but i could tell you about the amazing beds, pillows, TV, AC the cleaning ladies are amazing, phonic isolation is perfect and we had the best stay. 1 second away from the metro, really safe place and full of shops around to buy anything you wish for. There is even a shop INSIDE the hotel! Will be coming back for sure!

The staff and the location

Incredible location! It’s just a brief walk to all the major attractions, and public transport options, including train and bus stations, are merely a minute away on foot. The staff here are outstanding and incredibly attentive. We were so impressed with our experience that we chose to cancel our reservations at another hotel and extend our stay with them for the last few nights of our trip to Rome. We enjoyed three days here, left for ten, and can’t wait to return for another three days. The service is truly exceptional!

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and overall, it’s just fantastic.

A few things to keep in mind:
The elevators are quite small, so if you're traveling with more than 2-3 people and luggage, you may need to make a separate trip. However, this isn't a downside as the elevators are quick—just a heads up.

The staff is ready to assist with anything you need. Need transportation? They arranged our airport transfer. Plus, they provided guidance on using the buses and trains.
Looking for food recommendations? They helped me discover some delicious dining options.
Want to book tours? They’re more than willing to assist with that too.
And if you're in the mood for a chat, they greet you warmly and bid you goodnight. They truly excel in every aspect. Overall, it’s an amazing place!

Shuttle was late and charged me anyway

It was located at a walking distance from major tourist attractions and cafes.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel was comfortable and very clean
The breakfast was the most amazing one we had in Europe.

Over charged me! Make sure you review your receipt! I stayed 2 nights and they changed my rate from what was originally booked. In addition, they charged me "Staff Hotel Appreciation" when I did not approve of gratuity. When I reached out, they said it was optional tip they offer guests, however no one asked me about it until I reached out. I had to ask twice to get that credited.

L'hotel si trova non lontano dal Colosseo ed è vicino alla fermata Manzoni della metro A. L'albergo è stato di recente completamente ristrutturato diventando un hotel della catena Hilton Garden Inn. Colazione più che buona e con la solita macchinetta per fare i waffle. In camera c'è un grande televisore Samsung (penso da 55") ed un bellissimo armadio moderno con ante semi trasparenti che si illumina quando lo si apre.

We enjoyed our stay with the high quality expected from a Hilton Hotel. Our King room was a good size with American type amenities. The Hilton staff were all courteous and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Taxi's are crazy expensive (35 Euros to City Center) The location was good, away from the busy City Center and walking distance to the Colosseum. The metro station on the corner and buses nearby were easy to use to get to City Center and Trastevere (1.5 Euro).

We stayed here previously last year when it was a Best Western and again this year since the remodel and have been very pleased. The hotel is clean and in a great area in walking distance to the Colosseum by and a short taxi ride to the middle of Rome.

My recent stay here was incredible! The location is perfect—situated in a quieter, less crowded part of the city while still being just a two-minute walk from the Metro A line stop. The metro was a huge time and money saver at only €1.50 per trip. There’s also an amazing little restaurant right across the street, Marco G Osteria, where I had some of the best food of my life. And a special thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Sarah?), who treated me like royalty throughout my stay.
