Fabulous staff but hotel was grosely overpriced and poor value.
Pros:

Friendly and proactive staff - excellent. Always remembers what you liked and greeted you every time.

Cons:

Shower screen stupid and shower too small. Design for looks over actual usefulness - very silly setup.
Overall, minimal facilities and price is far too expensive, almost double to what it was worth.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect location to the train station. a few things close by but everything min 15 m
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff, and very close to Termini Station.

Cons:

it was a little further than I would of liked only because we had our 6 year old with us.
