Our experience at Best Western Hotel Blu Roma was amazing! We booked 9 rooms in total for our group of 18 guests, and the level of service we received from start to finish was truly exceptional.
Staff: The staff were very, very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Rooms: The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious.
Early Check-In: Although we arrived early, the staff graciously accommodated us by checking us into 7 out of our 9 rooms right away at no additional cost, as they were already available.
Upgrades: They even upgraded two of our rooms free of cost because availability allowed.
Complimentary Touches: We received free bottled water (multiple) in the room—something we have never experienced anywhere else in Europe as a complimentary amenity!
Extra Help: The team was also wonderful in helping us book an early morning taxi at 3:00 AM for our airport transfer.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Strange dude made the lobby area a bit uncomfortable. Staff were not all accommodating. For the price of the room certainly not value for money.
