Excellent location! Close to Termini, Metro, Bus station, very good connections to all historic places and monuments!

A very nice hotel with obliging, welcoming staff
Pros:

A wonderful welcome from the front desk as we arrived! Breakfast was fine. Hot food available as well as a selection of cakes etc. The dining room offered food and drinks until 10pm, very handy at the end of a long day. Beds were very comfortable with beautiful bed linen. Excellent shower and good quality bath gel, shampoo etc.

테르미니역 근처라서 위치는 좋지만, 시티택스 결제할 때 추가 요금 결제 되는 것을 주의하세요,
Pros:

이 숙소에는 2번에 걸쳐서 지냈습니다. 로마 도착해서 5박, 다른 지역을 여행하다가 이탈리아를 떠나기 전 2박을 숙박했습니다. 일단 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 테르미니역에서 걸어서 5분컷입니다. 호텔 첫 인상도 깔끔한 편이고, 룸도 깨끗하고 욕실이 넓은 편이었습니다.

Cons:

소형 더블룸을 예약했지만, 그 점을 감안하더라도 방 크기가 작은 편이었습니다. 체크인할 때 보증금을 결제하였고, 체크아웃 할 때 보증금에서 시티택스(1인당 7.5유로)를 제외하고 환불이 된다고 안내 받았습니다. 제가 환불 받아야 하는 금액을 25유로 였습니다. 그런데 3일후에 환불된 금액을 확인하니, 10유로였습니다. 부킹닷컴 메시지를 통해 문의하였고, 추가 결제된 15유로는 서비스 요금이었습니다. 우리는 호텔 미니바를 이용하지도 않았고, 머물 동안 객실 정비 서비스도 이용하지 않았습니다. 그런데 서비스 요금을 하루에 3유로나 받는건 저희 입장에서는 의아한 상황이었고, 체크인 하거나 체크아웃 할 때도 안내 받은 상황이 아니었습니다. 다행히 호텔측에서는 이 서비스 요금을 취소해 주었습니다. 이 후기를 보고 계신 분들은 보증금에서 시티택스 제외한 금액을 환불 받을 때 안내 받지 못한 서비스 요금이 추가가 되었는지 잘 확인해보시는게 좋을 거 같습니다. 다행히 추후에 다시 이 호텔에 숙박하게 되었을 때, 서비스 요금에 대한 안내를 받을 수 있었고, 그 서비스 요금은 내지 않아도 된다는 안내도 받았습니다. 앞으로는 모든 직원이 서비스 요금에 대한 안내 사항을 처음부터 잘 안내해주었으면 좋겠습니다.

이탈리아 여행을 하면서 두번에 걸쳐 숙박하게 되었는데, 첫번째 숙박할 때보다 방의 크기가 넓은 편이었다. 호텔 첫 인상이 깔끔한 편이고, 호텔 바로 앞에 로마 국제 공항으로 향하는 버스가 있어서 로마 공항으로 향하기 좋은 위치였다.

A fine place to stay in Rome; will consider visiting again.
Pros:

Hotel staff at the Reception desk and in the Restaurant are extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to the guests. The location is very good.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room needs renovation, since the water that falls around the sink is running over the edge and onto the floor. We could not open the room's window; the person who came to fix it could not do so, and the problem was not resolved.

O hotel fica ao lado da principal estação da cidade. Apesar disso, os quartos são silenciosos. A limpeza do quarto é boa. O quarto é confortável. Bom café da manhã.

אירוח שמבחינתנו היה מושלם
Pros:

חדר בקומה 6. אפילו נוף מסוים ושמים מקסימים של שקיעות. מיטות מזרונים ומצעים מהנוחים ביותר שקבלנו אי פעם! כל הכבוד (נראה ששינה טובה היא ממש מטרה שלהם). מקלחת מצוינת ומרווחת. הייתה גם אמבטיה אך לא השתמשנו בה. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. מסחטת מיץ התפוזים למיץ טבעי טרי הייתה חוויה מצוינת. המיקום ליד תחנת הרכבת היה מוצלח ביותר. רכבת ישירה משדה התעופה - מהירה ונוחה ב 14 EURO. במהלך השהות - לקחנו אוטובוסים או מטרו לאן שרצינו. יום אחד נוצל לטיול מחוץ לעיר ושכרנו רכב ממרכז ההשכרה שנמצא בחזית הדרומית של תחנת הרכבת. אם לוקחים ליום אחד ניתן לחסוך חניה בלילה ע"ע החזרה בשעות הערב לחניה שנמצאת בצד הצפוני של תחנת הרכבת ואז לא צריך לשלם חניה וחוזרים למלון בהליכה קצרצרה.
