Wonderful overall
Pros:

Cleanliness, accommodations were very generous , staff was exceptional

Cons:

It was a little far from central Rome. I would have paid a little more if they provided shuttle service to possibly the colosseum ( as an example)

A mixed review since we received the best possible upgrade.
Pros:

They upgraded us to their best room in Building 6. I think for a family of 4, going from a room that had negative reviews in the older section to the biggest suite in the hotel means that our stay was fantastic, given that we paid for a smaller room. However, my review has to be mixed since we didn't stay in the actual room that we had paid for.

Cons:

The restaurant is a disaster. The staff were rude and unpleasant. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality of what was presented.
