Cons:

The breakfast was good. Room cleaning was good. However, not being given soap on the first day, not being able to get it even when we asked, and the persistent stinginess with shampoo were annoying.

My son, his friends, and I had planned to use the pool and have fun, and that’s why we chose this hotel and paid more — but the pool was under renovation, and that was really frustrating for us. I also don’t feel like I got what I paid for. I’d appreciate it if you could give even a partial refund, since I wasn’t able to use that service.

Our room was far from the main building, and every day, already tired, we had to walk even more. What was really annoying was having to walk through a narrow, stuffy corridor past other rooms in the main building just to reach the exit. To get to the rooms, you either have to climb stairs or use a single-floor elevator. The elevator is stuffy, smells bad, and seems poorly maintained. The most bothersome part was how stuffy and bad-smelling it was
