Ļoti patika viesnīca. Tikai desmit minūšu gājiena attālumā no Termini dzelzceļa stacijas. Tajā pašā laikā viesnīcas apkārtne bija droša un patīkama. Viesnīcas tuvumā daudzi lieliski restorāniņi, vakaros daudz cilvēku vakariņoja terasēs. Līdz Romas centram (piemēram, Kolizejam) var aiziet ar kājām 30 minūšu laikā. Tuvumā arī metro un autobusu pieturas.
Mans numuriņš piektajā stāvā bija svaigi renovēts un mirdzoši tīrs. Sniegbalta gultas veļa un dvieļi, tualetes piederumi, čības, zobu birste, tējkanna. Lieliskas un daudzveidīgas brokastis. kurās varēja palūgt pagatavot kapučino vai cita veida kafiju, kā arī palūgt uzcept olas. Kondicionieri varēja gan izslēgt, gan noregulēt sev vēlamajā temperatūrā. Vēdināšanas režīmā varēja atvērt logu. Viesnīcā iespējams uzpildīt pudeles ar tīru dzeramo ūdeni. Nedaudz paciets matracis, bet toties bija iespējams izvēlēties spilvenu no 5 dažādiem veidiem.

El desayuno superó nuestras expectativas con detalles a destacar como sirope de arce, leche de almendras, cornetos veganos, miel natural directa del panal, frutos secos y la trabajadora que recepcionó nuestra entrada en el comedor cada mañana era muy amable, simpática y atenta

El recepcionista cuando hicimos el cheking fue algo seco y poco colaborador.

Por otra parte en nuestra habitación había como cabecero de la cama una doble pared en la que se escondian las luces y nos provocó más de un coscorrón, convirtiéndose en un punto conflictivo de la habitación y que hicimos saber al recepcionista el día de la salida, el cual comentó que estaba previsto remodelar la planta y que en nuestra próxima visita ya no estaría.

办理入住时前台工作人员的服务态度冷漠，让我们非常不适。我们的护照已经完成复印，工作人员仍花费很长时间反复翻看证件。房费我们已提前付清，对方起初要求我们缴纳150欧元押金。Apple Pay绑定卡片因限额未能扣款，我们提出更换一张Visa卡支付押金后，他又突然告知无需缴纳押金。
入住期间我们留意到其他住客都没有被收取押金。押金政策执行标准前后不一，我们有理由怀疑酒店依据国籍区别对待客人，在入住流程中遭受了差别对待。恳请酒店说明收取押金的判定标准。
