Pros:

Friendly staff on arrival, easy check in, rooms maintained to a high standard. Very clean over all. Coffee and eggs on order at breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but mostly processed choices. Flooring and lighting in rooms had a slightly clinical feel to it and the staff add a tip onto the invoice when you pay on check out which is unusual. Optional of course

羅馬特米尼站附近的好住宿選擇！
Pros:

離車站近，可以隨時回來休息。飯店人員態度親切，對應我們的各種需求（微波食品，增加備品，處理壞掉的行李箱。）。要注意微波食品只有晚上可以去頂樓的餐廳。有附設的健身房很方便！

房間乾淨但是裝潢和硬體設施偏舊。

Comfotable stay close to Rome Termini
Pros:

This hotel is close to Roma Termini and Basilica Mary Major. Clean and decent size room considering it is in Rome central. I am surprised they have sauna and steam room, helps for recovery. The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe, despite it is close to the station.
A special shout out to the housekeeping lady who was very helpful and attentive! I could’t find her again to ask for her name. She was on duty for our room #618 when we stayed from 20-22 March 2026. Please extend my thanks to her!

Excelente!!!
Pros:

O hotel superou minhas expectativas! Um staff excelente, conforto do quarto e banheiro, muitas amenidades, roupa de cama e banho de muita qualidade! Café da manhã maravilhoso, local grande, então sempre havia mesas disponíveis!
Bem perto da estação de trem Termine e metrô!

Cons:

Tudo foi mais que perfeito!!

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della stanza e la cortesia di tutto lo staff.
La colazione è un buffet eccellente, soddisfa tutti i gusti. La pizza sfornata al momento è stata una sorpresa graditissima.
La posizione dell'hotel è strategica per chi viaggia in treno o aereo ed è vicina a tutti i punti di interesse. Non ho mai avuto bisogno di utilizzare un taxi.

Fijn hotel, met minpuntjes
Pros:

Het is een heel comfortabel, schoon hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt. Bar beperkt geopend vanaf 16:00. Ontbijt is niet overdreven groot, maar een prima basis.

Cons:

Het hotel is zeer gehorig. Continue geluid van waterafvoeren. Vanaf 5:30 worden recht voor het hotel vrachtwagens met rolcontainers gelost. Uitslapen is er dus niet bij. Ramen waren gesloten, dus ligt echt aan de geluidsisolatie.

Pros:

The hotel is 3 minutes from Termini main station, 2 minutes from the metro, and within walking distance of Rome’s iconic sites.
The staff was very nice.
The breakfast was great.
I will come back to this hotel. It basically says everything that needs to be said.

mixed feelings
Pros:

Some of the staff members are very kind and helpful
I liked the breakfast and the variety

Cons:

Initially I had 2 seperate bookings and was told over the phone it is not possible to stay in teh same room I would have had to tell them way before

Than I wrote an email mentioning I am a guest who is bringing a group and it was not my mistake that the bookings are seperate and all of the sudden it was no problem to stay in the same room

So I bit of italian attitude came throuigh with one of the staff members

also the room has a bad smell coming from the bathroom from the pipes it comes and goes but is really unpleasant
THat is the biggest downside

Also there was a mistake done with my laundry - not washed on time - not even sent into washing at all - although it was mentioned that it is an urgent matter

So overall very mixed feelings
