Pros:

Great location, staff and rooms. Easy walking to the main monuments. Close to Roma terminini which was the biggest plus point

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the excellent location, friendly staff, and beautiful rooftop restaurant
Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and local bus terminal, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The property was very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which offered a beautiful atmosphere and fantastic views of the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom in our room. The exhaust fan did not appear to be working, which left the bathroom quite damp after showering. In addition, the shower base was leaking, causing some water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. Aside from these maintenance issues, our stay was very pleasant.

駅から近く、ロケーションがよかった。
それでも部屋は静かだった。
要望どおり、バスタブ付きの部屋だった。
朝食はメニューが豊富でおいしかった。

Cons:

スタッフが事務的で、あまりフレンドリーではなかった。（日本語を話せる一人の女性を除いて）
チェックインの時、説明が少なく、朝食の場所や時間の説明がなかった。
2日目は小さい方のタオルがなかった。
部屋の広さが20m*mとなっていたが、その割には狭かった。

Our Central, Comfortable Home-Away-From-Home in Roma
Pros:

I continue to agree with the TripAdvisor review of this hotel I wrote in September 2025 -- this multi-faceted big city hotel has a friendly small town feel to it. From Anna and her colleagues at the front desk to breakfast service manager Monica and her fine service team, the staff is top notch. The location -- close to Termini Station, Teatro dell' Opera di Roma, the Baths of Diocletian and more -- is very central. And yet the side streets facing the hotel are relatively quiet. The breakfast offerings are very extensive, including fresh-squeezed orange juice (spremuta), and well-served; the fitness center is a rarity for a hotel in central Rome; and from our (extensive) experience here, the rooms in this solid old building are quiet. This is not a budget hotel, but the room rates are competitive for this expensive city (it helps to be a Triple A or Best Western Rewards member). Recommended for all, we look forward to staying here again in September of this year.
