Pros:

Hotel atendeu às expectativas. Bom custo benefício e bem localizado. Quartos muito limpos e banheiros amplos igualmente limpos. Hotel novo por dentro. Equipe cortês e café da manhã acima do padrão da Europa com opção de comidas preparadas na hora como omelete, bruschetta, etc;

Cons:

Me frustrou um pouco os arredores do hotel. Um dos principais motivos de termos escolhido foi a localização, por ser próxima à estação, no entanto, é necessário pegar transporte para ir até lá levando malas....é perto, mas não o suficiente para ir andando. Além disto, pedintes na rua e mau cheiro.

Lovely hotel in a great location!!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect!! only a few mins walk to train station for the train to airport,most sights can be reached in a 20 mins walk or by catching a nearby metro. Lots of nice restaurants near by.
The hotel and rooms were very nice!! and had everything we needed

Cons:

Can be noisy at night but that is expected when staying in a city

Best western plus hotel universo Voltaria novamente
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado,o metro a cerca de 200mts permite-nos ir visitar todos os pontos turísticos de Roma.
Os quartos são muito bons, espaçosos. A limpeza é boa.
O pequeno almoço é muito diversificado e bom. Os funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Recomendo vivamente.

Cons:

O Menu do jantar , para quem vai com meia pensão , podia ser diferente em cada dia.
Também não gostei das gorjetas dos jantares serem cobradas ,sem nos perguntarem. Não gostei que por cada jantar ter que pagar 15€. de gorjeta.

La posizione fantastica come il personale molto gentile ed accogliente.Mi è piaciuta l'idea di dare una bottiglia vuota e di caricarla nei dispenser nel corridoio veramente fantastico.

Travel to Rome and stay here
Pros:

Hotel Universo offers good accommodation conditions, but its main strength is its excellent location, very close to Termini Station and the ease with which you can reach Rome’s main tourist attractions, even on foot.
Highly recommended.

The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, the shower flow was very weak, the size of the room and the cupboard is very small , the elevator once suddenly fell down from the 5th floor to the basement
