Great location in Rome!!
Pros:

We were greeted by Gabriel he was very helpful in advising/recommending restaurants walking distance and he was correct. Rooms are nice and spacious we had room with three beds only needed two. They offer breakfast at an additional charge if you like to stay. Now I did have one mishap the shower door opens out and is not like me home where glass is locked. I fell out of shower while it was not too bad and I recovered my elbow still hurts. Took baths remaining of my stay. I would recommend staying this is my third stay and not my last.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and all the areas were very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and would happily stay here again.

Drains in both lavatory and bathtub were not working properly. I asked front desk to move us to another room and they finally did.

We got what we paid for.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was good and not too crowded like the places near Spanish Steps.
Hotel was cleaned

Room was small (but in agreement with our reservation)

Bis auf den Zimmerservice super.
Pros:

Tolle Klimaanlage, gute Betten, sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice putzt das Zimmer nicht. Er macht lediglich das Bett und wechselt die Handtücher. Kein Wischen und kein Staubsaugen.

Pros:

Perfect stay after our via Romea Strata from Vienna to Rome (62 days hiking). We were provided early access to our room. We got an upgrade, staff remembered us from three years prior after completing the Via Francigena (London to Rome). Great location near the trains and very comfortable room.
