Roman Holiday
Pros:

Excellent location for Bars, Restaurants and local buses, staff on Front desk, Cleaners and especially Bar staff were attentive and friendly. Will book again next time we visit Rome

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très à l 'écoute.

Cons:

Le système de fermeture des portes des chambres fait qu' elles claquent en se refermant, ce qui est dérangeant très tôt le matin.

Nice hotel good amenities, but disruptive sleep
Pros:

The foyer was big and welcoming, the check-in experience was quick and the gentleman was mannerly and efficient. The room was a good size, good choice of pillows, good amenities.

Cons:

The doors are all on auto-closers, which might be a fire regulation. But this meant there was constant slamming all night as other guests arrived in. If it is regulation, then this is something the hotel cannot fix.

In the early hours of the morning, the cleaners arrived in the hallway and were chatting at a volume that woke us. They also used trolleys to move things around, understandably, but they were sooooo loud. So loud we both got out of bed to see what the noise was. Disappointing, but this aspect could be fixed for future stays.
