二人で予約したのに、バスタオル他アメニティ−も一人分しか用意されておず、リクエストしたら、フェイスタオルの代わりに、バスマットが持ってこられていた。
ローマの暑さに、冷蔵庫が無いのは難点。

Beautiful and historic hotel near transportation and good food
Pros:

Very close to the Termini, so easy to pick up tours, cabs and all transportation. A beautiful and historic hotel. Friendly, attentive staff and an amazing breakfast.

Cons:

They give you just one key and with the need to insert that key to get power in your room, you must not separate from your roommates at anytime and must depend on them to let you back in. I suspect they do this to keep track of those in the rooms and protect keys from pickpockets, but it took some coordination with others to all come and go together.

Все чудесно.
Pros:

Понравился сам номер, приветливый персонал. Чистый и уютный. Большая ванная комната, тапочки. Все эстетично и красиво.

Cons:

Хотелось бы, чтобы в номере еще был холодильник.

Excellent choix près de Termini, calme, propre et très bon petit déjeuner
Pros:

Surclassement dans la suite Junior sans frais à notre arrivée, sans l’avoir demandé. Calme et propre, près de la gare Termini. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Accueil un peu froid du Monsieur à l’arrivée vers midi mais par la suite Madame chaleureuse nous a offert surclassement gratuit.
