Zdecydowanie odradzam!

Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu okazał się ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Obsługa była nieprzyjemna i nieprofesjonalna, a kwestia rezerwacji pokoi od początku budziła ogromne zastrzeżenia. Zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd w sprawie pokoi — sytuacja wyglądała zupełnie inaczej, niż wynikało to z dokonanej rezerwacji.

Same pokoje były zupełnie niezgodne ze zdjęciami przedstawionymi w ofercie. Przy tak wysokiej cenie za nocleg spodziewaliśmy się przynajmniej podstawowego standardu, tymczasem pokoje były brudne i zaniedbane. Zdjęcia zdecydowanie nie oddają rzeczywistego stanu obiektu, co jest bardzo mylące dla osób dokonujących rezerwacji.

Najgorsze w tym wszystkim było jednak podejście obsługi — zamiast próby rozwiązania problemu spotkaliśmy się z nieprzyjemnym i lekceważącym traktowaniem. Gdy zapytałam obsługi o niedomówienie to usłyszałam, że mogę zmienić hotel. Nie wspominając o tym, ze próbowali oszukać mnie z depozytem ponad 100 euro zablokowanym na mojej karcie.

Cena absolutnie nie odpowiada jakości. Za takie pieniądze można znaleźć zdecydowanie lepszy nocleg. Czujemy się oszukani i żałujemy wyboru tego miejsca.

Nie polecam i na pewno nigdy więcej tutaj nie wrócimy.

Pros:

The location was very good. Close to almost everything. Laundry service was directly across the street at a fair price and open all the time.

Cons:

The room was "ok" clean but the bathroom had some mold. The AC, water quality and security was great. The bed was very uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on wood rails. The staff has no interest in helping. One word answers and fainted interest in helping.
Pictures on the website didn't reflect true nature.
