La cama incomoda, merece un cambio.
La cabina del baño, era de 60 cm x 60 cm.. apenas entra un niño.
Eramos 2 personas y solo nos dieron 1 tarjeta de acceso.
Ni esta indicado el camino a las habitaciones
Llegamos tarde y no nos acompañaron a nuestra sección en ese laberinto de pasillos.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights during our first visit to Rome, and unfortunately, the experience did not match what is presented in the hotel’s photos.

The pictures online do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The hotel feels extremely outdated, with very old facilities that appear to have received little to no renovation over the years. It honestly feels like the hotel has remained stuck in the 1970s.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location. However, even that comes with a downside: the hotel is surrounded by narrow alleyways that feel dirty, neglected, and uninviting.

The check-in experience was not particularly welcoming, and we were assigned a room facing the alley, which did not provide a pleasant view or atmosphere. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and far below what we expected based on the online presentation.

The check-out process was also very old-fashioned. The hotel still uses traditional physical keys, and losing one could potentially create an unnecessary problem or additional charge for the guest. This feels outdated compared to the standards expected in modern hotels.

If I return to Rome, I would not stay here again. I would take more time to research and choose a more modern hotel with better-maintained facilities and a higher level of comfort.

I strongly recommend that future guests look carefully beyond the photos and do their own research before making a reservation.

Llegamos 11:20 pm, supuestamente el lobby funciona hasta media noche; falso, solo hasta las 9 pm. No respondieron mensajes o WhatsApp gracias a Dios una vecina nos ayudó para llamar hasta que por fin atendieron. Nos dejaron fuera más de media hora a media noche con maletas en la calle.

Hotel je iznimno čist, smješten na dobroj lokaciji, odmah ispod je fontana Di Trevi, ima baštu i klimatiziran prostor.
Posteljina se mjenja svaki dan isto kao i rucnici.

Cons:
