Poprawny hotel na kilka dni.
Pros:

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel. W bezpośrednim pobliżu przystanki autobusowe. Blisko stacja metra Termini. Dla tych, co zwiedzają, będzie to bardzo wygodna opcja. Wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Duża, wygodna łazienka, jak na rozmiar pokoju. Bardzo przyjazny i współpracujący personel (recepcja/śniadania) - sama przyjemność.

Cons:

Dwa razy musieliśmy wymieniać świeże ręczniki, bo te, które dostaliśmy były brudne. Brak kapci i szlafroków - dopiero po interwencji na recepcji zostały dostarczone do pokoju. Masakryczne wyciszenie pokoi. Jak ktoś lubi ciszę i spokój - to nie w tym hotelu. Słuchać wszystko - głośniejsze rozmowy za ścianą, czy trzaskanie drzwiami (to z naszych złych doświadczeń). Śniadanie niezłe, ale w końcu to hotel 4* - mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. Na kilka dni, da się przeżyć :-)

Pros:

Todo, absolutamente todo: personal atento, muy servicial e incluso cercano (como Virginia, quien estaba a veces pendiente de organizar el comedor de desayuno).
Cambian las sábanas cada día, limpieza impecable, instalaciones nuevas, ubicación estupenda, el desayuno muy variado y rico… tanto mi familia como yo (somos 8 personas en total) volveríamos encantados. Lo disfrutamos sin excepción.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location, close to Roma termini station and an easy walk to many of the sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect, nice and clean and little or no noise. We all slept soundly! The family room comfortably accommodated our family of 5, two adults and three children (age 7, 11 and 12). It is great to see a hotel able to facilitate a family of 5 as often hard to get rooms for more than 4 people. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Hotel was good value. Would highly recommend this hotel.
