Hotel bien ubicado y personal muy amable con habla en español
Pros:

El desayuno muy repetitivo. Sin variación en ningún día

Cons:

El desayuno por ser repetitivo, por otro lado, la habitación con ruido de las máquinas del aire acondicionado ubicadas en las plantas superiores.

Room Smart and well cleaned great location

Cons:

The reception staff weren't the friendliest in Rome… serious and curt… On the other hand, we went out for an evening stroll and when we returned to the hotel at 01:00 am (24-hour reception) we found the door locked and no one there… we had to knock several times.

Enjoyable location despite the fact the rooms are compact!
Pros:

Overall breakfast was good with considerable choice. The hotel location was conveniently located for access to restaurants and public transport.

Cons:

I had requested two twin beds but on arrival allocated a double bedded room. Later rectified by management the next day.

Hotel nuevo al lado de Termini, ideal para estancias cortas en Roma.
Pros:

Muy cerca de Termini, muy cómodo para estancias cortas en las que no se quiere perder tiempo en desplazamientos. Hotel sencillo pero nuevo y agradable. Habitación grande. Desayuno bueno.

Cons:

Limpieza del baño. Aunque era nuevo, las juntas de la ducha estaban negras. Un detalle desagradable.

We had a wonderful stay at The Republic Hotel in Rome! ❤️

Everyone was excellent, especially **Kaycee and Fernando**. They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us so much valuable information about Rome and Italy - where to go, what to see, where to eat, and what experiences were truly worth having. Their recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable!

A special thank you as well to **Vanessa and the entire housekeeping team** for their excellent service and for keeping everything clean and comfortable.

We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and personal attention we received. Kaycee and Fernando went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

A 3 star hotel. Not a 4 star by any definition.
Charged for 2 rooms even though my family missed the flight and I used only one room.
Staff tried to be helpful - but the management wouldn't accomodate a refund.

Staff a on arrival we were told our room would not be ready till 2 , which was fine on our return at 2 still not ready so waited, when I asked how long I was told the previous guest didn’t check out till 1pm which wasn’t my problem as guest check out is 11am. Finally got in our room at 2.50pm .

Matig- goed ontbijt, bagage werd zonder probleem bewaard op dag van vertrek. Gratis fles wijn op kamer

Niet proper, nodige herstellingen in badkamer, ochtendlawaai van het personeel, te luid blazende airco, te koud in het restaurant, klein hotel, veel te kleine bar, absoluut geen goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding
