Het ontbijt was niet echt speciaal, maar er was genoeg en de rest was wel goed.

Que la réservation du taxi soit mal faite pour l'aller (chauffeur quu arrive sans siège enfanr alors que je l'ai demande 3 fois avant notre arrive). Quand j'appelle le standardiste depuis l'aéroport,pour avoir de l'aide, il me raccroche au nez en me disant de voir avec le réceptionniste du lendemain matin...

Hotel vétuste, sale et extrêmement mal insonorisé. Pas de possibilité de fermer les rideaux avec la chambre qui donnait sur des fenêtres a 2 ou 3 mètres.
Petit dejeuner a éviter... Fromage supermarché, fruits tous mous quasi périmés, viennoiseries sèches sans saveur et surement pas du jour. Même les œufs brouillés étaient rates. Café très mauvais, meme si c'est un cliché... avoir ca en Italie sur du café...

Pour finir, on redemande un taxi pour aller a l'aéroport le jour du départ en insistant très lourdement sur le fait que nous voulons un siège enfant pour notre fille. Résultat le chauffeur arrive sans siège. L'hôtel nous prête une relique immonde (et je pèse mes mots, le fauteuil etait d'une saleté incroyable, le monsieur de l'accueil l'a meme secoué dans la rue tellement il y avait de la poussière qui tombée... un passant lui a memr rendu un boulon en se moquant de lui). Au passage le réceptionniste m'a clairement montré qu'il en avait marre de nous en me disant : vous allez me demander de venir a l'aéroport avec vous ou quoi?...
Pour finir le taxi nous a coûté 70 euros alors que sur sa portière il y avait marqué trajet pour l'aéroport 55 euros... en plus le conducteur était un danger. Il conduisait a 140 sur une route a 90. J'ai du lui demander plusieurs fois pour qu'il veuille bien passer a 110/120.

Je pense le pire hotel que j'ai ete amené a visiter et de loin.

It is a shame that the hotel management does not make better use of its beautiful rooftop by adding a restaurant or bar, which would greatly enhance the guest experience. In addition, the lobby features a lovely bar and seating area that currently remains unused, representing missed opportunities both for guests to enjoy these spaces and for the hotel to generate additional business.

Es un hotel antiguo pero con encanto, quizás le haría falta una mano de pintura.

La cama muy dura para mis achaques, el desayuno mas o menos y el ascensor pequeño.

We were traveling with our adult children and some of our teenage grandchildren. We were scheduled to be picked up at cruise ship at 8:15, which was scheduled by the hotel staff. Due to a typographical error by the hotel, only one van arrived. We were left stranded in the cruise parking lot in 100 degree heat for more than an hour. When we arrived, there was another mixup with the rooms, which we did not realize until later. (We had 7 rooms prepaid). Only two rooms were ready so we left our luggage in those rooms and left for the afternoon after we received room assignments. When we returned, some of us got showers and then we got a call from the front desk there was a mixup and three of the rooms needed to be changed, despite the fact that we had already unpacked. One of us got changed to a room where the air conditioner wasn't working. One got changed to a room where there were several reddish brown bugs in the sheets, so that room had to be changed again OR they offered to move our teenage granddaughter to another hotel in Rome, which of course was not acceptable because we did not want her to be separated from us. Three of the rooms had hotel staff walk in on them while they were still in the room and without knocking. One grandson was asleep in his room when someone walked in. One granddaughter was in the shower (she is 22, had a single room and was alone) and she heard the door and noise and she got very frightened. Despite shouting out "hello, whose there??, no one answered and then she heard the door slam shut. The doors to the rooms do not use a key card but a regular large key so anyone with a duplicate key could enter the room. She did not know who it was because her room had been cleaned and she had the "do not disturb" sign on her door. The front desk checked and said it was not a member of the staff.

Indispensabili migliorie in un hotel ormai trasandato e non certo adeguato alle quattro stelle. Stanze dove tutto è logoro, colazione appena passabile. Prezzo ingiustificabile se non per la posizione.
