Cómodo y agradable
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a metros de Piazza Navona y muy cerca de Castel Sant´Angelo. La habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa con ventana a la calle aunque básica y sin lujos. La cama era cómoda, también. El baño era amplio. El hotel cuenta con ascensor. El desayuno estaba bien, sin gran variedad. Había una máquina para preparar café, capuccino, chocolate, etc. que preparaba todo muy rico. Lo que es destacable es el desayunador ubicado en el último piso y desde donde se aprecian espectaculares vistas de la ciudad. También cuenta con una amplia recepción con cómodos sillones.

Cons:

Si bien el mobiliario estaba en buenas condiciones, podría estar más renovado.

A great location for getting round the city on foot.
Pros:

Location was excellent
Good choice for breakfast. Great views from rooftop terrace.

Cons:

Beds were too firm for me. It’s an old building and some areas of hotel needed some minor improvements.

Me ha gustado todo, pero el único defecto es el buffet y las habitaciones que deben de limpiar mejor, porque a simple vi
Pros:

El personal muy amable, la ubicación muy buena y céntrica.

Cons:

El buffet no corresponde a lo que ponen en la página web, el buffet es muy pobre no hay apenas variedad de comida. El buffet que tienen no corresponde a un hotel de categoría que tiene 4 estrellas.
Luego la limpieza de las habitaciones regular tirando a mal.

Cons:

Migliorerei un po’ di pulizia in più in camera e per la colazione consiglierei di aggiungere cibo (confezionato e se possibile anche fresco) e bevande senza lattosio, direttamente nel buffet colazione, visto che come prodotti avuti su richiesta, c erano soltanto un pacchetto di fette biscottate e del latte senza lattosio. Lo stesso vale per il senza glutine, facendo possibilmente più attenzione alle esigenze di clienti con questo tipo di necessità (causa intolleranze a lattosio e/o glutine) per la colazione.

Best location ever.
Pros:

Location was amazing. The rooftop area was outstanding. There’s a taxi stop right next to it which is perfect for traveling far.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and the price is probably $100-$150 to high a night.
