Wonderful two days with family at beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel, staff at front desk very helpful and kind… always eager to help. Breakfast was buffet. Many choices. Walking distance to all major attractions

직원분들 매우매우 친절하십니다 처음 도착했을때 기쁘게 반겨주시고 가보면 좋은곳들 설명도 해주세요
트레비분수 걸어서 8분 콜로세움 15분 안걸린거같아요
걸어서 갈수있어서 좋고 호텔앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 이동하기 편했습니다 너무 더워서 얼음 요청 자주드렸는데 요청드릴때마다 한가득 담아주셔서 감사했습니다:)

Cons:

시설이 아무래도 오래되긴해서 낡은느낌은 나긴했어요
화장실도 가까워서 방안은 조금 습했습니다

Good for the price for short stays
Pros:

We liked the location, mattress, the pillows and travel bed. It was to be honest on of the best pillows and mattress we’ve ever slept on. Also the cot bed was very very cute and colourful, never seen any place putting so much effort in for the care of babies, they placed an extra mattress in this as well which makes for me even better height wise as I’m petite! our son slept whole night through which he normally doesn’t!
Perfect location, close to many touristic attractions. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons:

It was quite old and small and no swimming pool to cool off in middle of center in this heat, hot summer weather

Great location
Pros:

The property has an amazing location and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

It is outdated and it needs a refurbished to become more comfortable. We witnessed a frustrating situation from one of the staff towards a black family that were guests at the hotel, something that we considered racist and made us very upset. It was very uncomfortable and sad to witness that. For that reason I would not consider staying at the hotel again.

Don’t recommend at all.
Cons:

Worst hotel I ever been in. One night the toilet didn’t work and they didn’t have another room, the bed isn’t one bed but two separate beds, the water in the shower didn’t sink properly and they didn’t solved it, and refused to refund.

Locatie buna, la distanta rezonabila pe jos de obiectivele turistice. Cartierul in regula. Micul dejun bun, servit la restaurantul de langa hotel,care este un restaurant foarte bun.

Cons:

Camera tripla destul de mica, baia ingusta si lunga, trebuie sa urci o treapta sa intri in baie.Mobilier destul de vechi, ar fi binevenita o renovare.

Miy agradable la estadia.

Habitación amplia de estilo antiguo.
El mobiliario muy ad-hoc.
El personal es muy amable, cercano y dispuesto a ayudar cuando se le solicita.
El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La atención del personal es excelente.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in July. Clean, comfortable room with comfortable beds and a great view from the window. The customer service was fantastic - the front desk staff was super helpful and easily arranged taxis for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel. Highly recommend staying in this historical hotel with modern amenities, walking distance to Trevi Fountain
Pros:

It was conveniently located to nearby attractions. My daughter’s Quad rooms were spacious and fit their family of four comfortably with lots of character and modern amenities. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Cons:

My double room was extremely small, but cozy.
The elevator was very old and only fit 3 people, but we loved the experience.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, os funcionários muito prestativos, principalmente o Sr Rafael. O quarto tranquilo e completo.

Cons:

Não tive algo em específico, se puder dar um conselho: há muitos alimentos doces no café da manhã, iria bem um pão e vários tipos de queijos. Mas a variedade é boa.
