Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu wszędzie blisko, miły i pomocny personel. Śniadanie wystarczające. Klimatyzacja działała przez cały czas. W hotelu czysto, codziennie sprzątany pokój.

Cons:

Czasem brakowało ciepłej wody.

O banheiro tinha uma cortina de plastico que a meu ver não condiz com a estrutura do hotel. O chuveiro tipo ducha, estava posicionado na parede errada, de frente pra cortina o que dificultou um pouco , pois a agua batia direto na cortina . Se estivesse na lateral e não na frente, dentro da banheira estaria mais bem posicionada para banho.
O café da manha era bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Todos os dias era a mesma opção.

Pros:

Atvykome anksčiau nei check-in laikas. Viešbučio personalas maloniai pasitiko, pavaišino kava ir paėmė saugoti mūsų kuprines iki kol gausime kambarį, tad patogiai galėjome tyrinėti miestą.
Gavome suit tipo kambarį su labai autentišku interjeru. Mums labai pasisekė, nes jis buvo tobulas. Visai tai personalo dėka, ten dirbantys žmonės yra tiesiog fantastiški.

El personal que fue muy atento servicial y profesional.La habitación grande los muebles antiguos pero muy cómodos se duerme muy bien el baño más bien pequeño el desayuno muy bueno la ubicación muy buena para ir andando a todos los lugares de interes excepto el vaticano pero nosotros por ejemplo fuimos de ida en bus 64 que tiene la parada a 20 MTS del hotel y andando de vuelta. El precio razonable volvería

Nice location, the staff were super nice and friendly, the breakfast it is ok to start your day, the rooms are big and you have elevator. The hotel and restaurany was also pet friendly.

Excellent location and wonderful service
Pros:

This Hotel is in great location. Walking distance to major attractions/landmarks such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. Breakfast is very good, Room is very clean, and all of the the staff were amazing, accommodating and extremely helpful.

The location was the best in Rome, I swear! We could walk to almost anything and if we couldn’t walk, it was just a short taxi ride! It is so clean and I liked having a hot pot in the room to make coffee. And now let’s talk especially about the service and the staff. It was the most welcoming, gracious, accommodating, and friendly: everyone we encountered was that wonderful. The bathrooms were big and the showers were wonderful and the water pressure was amazing.

Cons:

Not much storage space, but we just used our suitcases as drawers! It might be an American thing, but there were no small washcloths provided to shower with or wash our face with. But that is definitely not a huge problem or would ever keep me from staying here! The breakfast provided was good, but the scrambled eggs were consistently runny and gross - probably just a preference issue. Loved the hard boiled eggs!
