Localização excelente, a equipe extremamente gentil, prestativa, Rafael é um ponto a parte de cordialidade, simpatia, disposição.... ficamos encantados com tudo, o restaurante ao lado também é perfeito, cafeteria em frente aconchegante e deliciosa.... Voltaremos com certeza e sem dúvidas ficaremos no mesmo hotel.

Cons:

Ralo da banheira demorava um pouco pra descer 100% água, mas os prédios são bem antigos em Roma e nada que interferisse no conforto do hotel.

L’endroit idéal pour découvrir Rome.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement parfait. Il se situe à seulement 15 minutes à pied du Colisée et à 8 minutes de la Fontaine de Trévi. Il est proche des principaux sites touristiques, ce qui est un vrai atout pour visiter la ville à pied. C’est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir Rome.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le choix est raisonnable mais les produits sont frais et de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le cake au citron, qui était vraiment délicieux ! Si vous devez partir avant 7h et ne pouvez pas profiter du petit-déjeuner, un panier vous est proposé, ce qui est très appréciable.

Le personnel a été incroyable : chaleureux, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. L’accueil est parfait, l’équipe est attentive et souriante, et parle plutôt bien français. Ils font vraiment le maximum pour satisfaire les clients, et nous ne pouvons que les remercier.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
