Ant Infestation in the Room
Pros:

Cons:

We booked four nights at this hotel. On the second day of our stay, we discovered ants in the room - including the bed, nightstand, and bathroom. One of us had been bitten the night before, but we didn’t immediately realize what had caused the itching.

We asked for a different room but were told none were available. We then requested a refund, which was also denied. After further inquiry, we were advised to contact the hotel manager via email. Instead, they offered to address the issue by spraying the ants while we went out for dinner. We decided to check out and find another hotel.

Afterward, we repeatedly tried to contact the hotel, including sending multiple messages through Booking and via email, but received no response. We also contacted Booking two times, which reached out to the property on our behalf, but the hotel ignored Booking as well.

We received no refund, compensation, or even an apology.

Pros:

Der schöne Blick aus unserem Fenster, zur Operia Rom. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Trevi Brunnen, ist zum Beispiel, ca.20Minuten entfernt. Auch der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof Roma Termini war sehr gut, die Shuttle Busse zum Flughafen fahren am Bahnhof ab.Die Metro der Linie A, ist auch in der Nähe.
Das Personal, an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.
Die Reinigung im Hotel sehr gründlich.
Regelmäßig, findet ein Handtuchwechsel statt.

Cons:

Ein sehr einfaches und abgewohntes Zimmer. Anders, als wie auf dem Booking.com Foto. Kaum Ablageflächen, keine Kleiderhaken. Das Bad, riecht sehr stark nach Abfluss. Sehr laute und nicht ausstellbare Lüftung im Bad. Kleine Ameisen und 1Kakerlake wurden entdeckt.

В номерах прибирають кожного дня, поповнюють обʼєми мила та гелю для душу, замінюють постіль та рушники.
Сніданок дуже смачний та різноманітний.
Місцерозташування ідеальне: 15 хвилин пішки до колізею, 20 хв до фонтану
В номері є міні бар, яким можна скористатися в разі потреби
Єдине чого не вистачало в номері - це чайника. Але на наше прохання персонал надав нам гарячу воду

Відсутність чайника в номері, але це швидше дрібниця, оскільки ми бронювали номер зі сніданками

Boa localização mas hotel precisa de reformas
Pros:

O hotel é bem próximo à estação Termini de trem e está a uma curta caminhada de alguns principais pontos turisticos e estações de metrô. A cama era confortável e o banheiro bem amplo. O café da manhã era bom, não achei incompleto como falam, por 10 euros acho que valia a pena.

Cons:

Achamos o quarto bem pequeno (estávamos em 3 adultos e 1 criança de 4 anos), juntamente com as malas ficava muito dificil se locomover pelo mesmo. A coisa mais grave que tenho a pontuar é que o chuveiro é junto com a banheira, o que é muito comum na europa, porém essa banheira estava rachada e a cada banho o banheiro alagava demais, o que causou grande incômodo e em nenhum momento nos foi proposto mudar de acomodação por isso, tinhamos que chamar o serviço de quarto para enxugar tudo a cada banho, como ficamos poucos dias tambem não pedimos a mudança, mas não parecia um problema novo e esse quarto já deveria ter sido fechado para reparos no banheiro, se torna impossível utilizar o chuveiro desta maneira!

Pros:

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, ce qui est très appréciable. Il s’agit d’un établissement ancien, mais qui conserve un certain charme grâce à la qualité des matériaux nobles utilisés à l’origine.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réception ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7, ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages en consigne avant l’arrivée et après le départ, ce qui est très pratique.
Le service est également à souligner : le ménage est effectué quotidiennement et les serviettes sont changées chaque jour, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être davantage souriant et investi auprès des clients afin de rendre l’accueil plus chaleureux. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner gagnerait à être un peu plus qualitatif sur certains aspects.

En general todo estuvo bastante bien ,el personal muy atento y servicial hablaban español, la habitacion muy limpia ,olia súper bien y con todos los enseres de baño ,la cama súper cómoda, y la terracita al tenerla en la habitacion fue un plus ,desayuno me pareció correcto, y la ubicación del hotel bien 15 min a la fontana di trevi.Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena lo recomendaría 100 %

Pros:

Comodissimo alla stazione Termini e a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici. Molto bello, stanze ben illuminate e personale gentilissimo. Ottima colazione comprensiva di bevande calde dal bar, con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Apprezzabile anche la varietà di prodotti usa e getta per il bagno. Bellissima la tappezzeria nelle camere e l’arredamento nelle aree comuni.

Cons:

Ci sarebbe stato bene un bollitore in stanza.
