I had a wonderful stay visiting my friend and seeing the sites. I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

I was visiting a friend who lives in the area and suggested the hotel to me as the location would make meeting up and taking day trips into the city more convenient. So for me the location was perfect. Staff very friendly. I upgraded from a single room to a double for more space and I was very pleased with the room I got. Bathroom facilities were excellent and the breakfast and breakfast room were very good.

Cons:

I didn't have any complaints.

Pros:

Hotel La Pergola liegt in der Nähe von M Station und ist gut mit Bus Line 80express zum erreichen aus Zentrum.
Das Hotel ist in Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt.
Hotel Zimmer (Zweibettzimmer)ist klein aber sauber ❗️
Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen und Zimmer war aufgeräumt und geputzt!
Frühstück basierte auf Schinken,Salami,Käse und viel Croissant und Kuchen.
Cappuccino und Kaffee sehr gut.
Personal war sehr nett,besonders Serggio von Rezeption!
Preisleistung ganz okay 🆗
Werde ich wieder kommen.

Un piacevole soggiorno con qualche piccola nota dolente

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la hall e la reception, con moltissimi elementi d’arredo di design, davvero piacevole da vedere. Nella struttura sono presenti anche diverse aree esterne dove poter comodamente sedere nei divanetti. La sala della colazione era molto bella, con tavoli ampi e sedute comode e una parte esterna dove era possibile fare colazione. Tutto il personale con cui abbiamo interagito (le ragazze alla reception, i signori alla reception tra cui credo anche il titolare, le persone che lavoravano alla sala bar etc) é stato davvero squisito, molto gentile, simpatico, disponibile e davvero professionale. La struttura é pulita giornalmente e si vede, non un granello di polvere, pulitissima! I materassi sono molto comodi e si dorme bene!

Cons:

Ci sono delle note dolenti, ma sono cose che a parer mio possono sistemarsi facilmente. La struttura è datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche aggiornamento e sistemazione, noi avevamo una doppia con letto matrimoniale: la parte della camera era un po datata (tranne per il bagno impeccabile), la tapparella andrebbbe manutenuta perchè alcune listarelle sono rotte.
Una grave mancanza é il frigo bar (che comunque non figura nei servizi della camera, quindi sono onesti), ma sarebbe stato piacevole poter tenere al fresco le bevande e l’acqua, soprattutto in queste giornate dove Roma é davvero cocente! Consiglio alla struttura di provvedersene perché è una grave mancanza.
Altra cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso.. nei servizi c era la presenza della tv con canali satellitari ma a che serve se poi i canali non prendono? È vero che magari bastava giocare un po col filo dell’antenna per trovare la posizione giusta e far funzionare i canali ma è anche vero che io sono in vacanza e non voglio lo sbatti di dover sistemare cose, preferirei funzionasse tutto senza un mio ulteriore sforzo, in più consiglierei alla struttura di dotarsi almeno delle Smart tv, che credo ad oggi ormai debbano essere uno standard. É vero che in vacanza non si va per guardare la tv ma è altrettanto vero che magari dopo una giornata intera in giro e dopo una bella cena sarebbe piacevole addormentarsi guardando un film, quindi, se ci deve essere la tv che almeno funzioni.
Ultima piccola nota dolente, la stanza ha un piccolo balconcino che abbiamo usato poco perché è comunicante con le altre stanze.. cioè io esco fuori e volendo potrei entrare nell’altra stanza se fosse aperta! Non è il top! Devo essere sincero può essere che questa cosa fosse indicata nei dettagli della camera, magari non ho letto io, ma può essere anche che non lo sia! In ogni caso per me è un dettaglio da conoscere
