Excellent hotel in in a quiet area, and very close to the Vatican, Castelo De Angelo and the center. Rooms very clean, they change bed linen and towels every day. Excellent breakfast and coffee. They have lactose free milk. They can get you museum tickets if you ask. You also get a map of Rome, for easier navigation. You should take a taxi application and have a card for online payment, because everything can be paid by mobile (taxi is about 10€ from the center to the hotel, public transport 1.5€ and bills for everything in the city).

Lo stile riuscitissimo degli ambienti, con un particolare tono, che combina, nel tipico color ruggine, calore, solidità, atmosfera e accoglienza.
Non ci sono aspetti negativi che ho rilevato.
Small quiet hotel in a good location. Relatively short distance to almost all attractions. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Good beds. The terrace of the room was very spacious and comfortable.
Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Updating the bathroom would be convinient. The floor is quite slippery, especially when wet: the glazed wall tiles have been put on the floor.
The breakfast room is quite small for the number of customers: had to queue to get in for breakfast. It would be good if the hotel introduced staggered breakfast times.

la chambre ne correspondait pas tout a fait a la chambre commandé.
La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni. Ben fornita dai mezzi pubblici. La struttura curata, il personale accogliente e molto disponibile, stanza pulita e dotata di tutti comfort necessari. Ottima colazione. Arrivati a Roma alle 11, ci hanno fatto fare il check-in poichè la camera disponibile

Property is clean, comfortable, beautiful. Loved the location, right in front of castel sant'angelo, bust stop is near by so it’s easy to get to the center.
I can’t say enough about the stuff… So generous and friendly, they helped us out upon our arrival (we had some serious issues with other property we left that day) if you want comfortable and safe stay, i highly recommend Hotel La rovere!

Location and balcony
There was a little bit of humidity
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel . The location is perfect and close to St. Peter’s basilica . More importantly, it was the staff esp Abi at the front desk that set this hotel apart among others . The staff made our stay absolutely wonderful with their outstanding hospitality and amazing service . I asked for a map and Abi delivered more than I expected ! She gave us a map , highlighting the famous sites with directions and more importantly, it was color coded with a handwritten legend . She also added restaurants , other sites etc . We travelled all over the world and stayed in various hotels but this was the first for us . An exceptional gesture !
From the moment we arrived , we were welcomed with genuine warmth , attentiveness and care that made us feel instantly at home esp after a long flight . They even expedited our room so we can rest and freshen up . The room was ready in an hour and we arrived 4 hours earlier of the check in time which was 2 pm .
Every staff ( can’t recall all their names , sorry ), went above and beyond , always with a smile and a willingness to help ! We will definitely staying here again in our future trips to Rome and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family .
