Mala atención del conserje del turno noche siempre con mala cara, una noche pedimos agua y nos mandó a comprar al negocio de la otra cuadra, y el hotel no ofrece una heladera en la habitación en pleno verano aunque sea para comprar un agua

The hotel is good and comfortable; the room was as described on the website. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, and the dining area has a real Roman vibe, so it was perfectly in line with the concept.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far, so it's best to take a bus or train to get around (the bus/train fare isn't the cheapest). There's no elevator (it wasn't a problem for me, but it might be if you have trouble climbing stairs). It would have been good to have a mini-fridge in the room, as it was very hot in Italy and there was no way to keep the water cold.

Buen hotel, medianamente conectado con él centro y atracciones de Roma.
Pros:

Él hotel Laurentia no brindó él servicio aludiendo fallas en él aire acondicionado, sin embargo nos reservó otro hotel Ateneo Garden Palace de 4 Estrellas, al cual lo Calificamos como bueno, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, buen desayuno incluido, limpio, a 100 m de la parada de buses. Guardianía de equipaje gratis.

Cons:

En ocasiones sé Requiere tomar taxis ya qué la línea 492 qué pasa a menos de 100 mts es poco frecuente, lo hace cada 30 minutos a veces más.

Faz um mês em que me hospedei no hotel que na verdade nem foi o Laurentia porque 3 dias antes da viagem eles me mudaram de hotel. Tarde demais para qualquer cancelamento e nova procura.
E adivinha? Fui cobrada pela pré-reserva duas vezes. Um mês depois e isso ainda não foi resolvido, se eu dependesse desse dinheiro tinha acabado com a minha viagem.

Séjour en famille 3 jours à Rome dans un hôtel où nous ne retournerons pas.
Pros:

Le prix abordable pour un quatre étoiles.
Personnel très sympathique et soucieux de bien faire.

Cons:

Emplacement pas pratique du tout. Assez proche tout de même de la gare de Termini mais avec un quartier un peu sordide.
Literie et équipements vieillots.
Pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

Hotell som fungerade hyfsat för ändamålet, dvs att enbart sova på. Bristfällig luftkonditionering som de inte klarade av att åtgärda påverkade omdömet negativt. Sedan passade inte sängarna oss med det är ju alltid olika för olika personer.
Läget, ligget i ett studentområde nära till järnvägsstationen, fanns relativt många restauranter och uteställen i direkt närhet vilket var trivsamt.

Cons:

Läget, både bra och dåligt, det ligger ju på "fel sida" järnvägsstationen så det blir lite längre att gå om man är där för att titta på Coliseum och de övriga sevärdheterna. Kommer man sent på kvällen 'r gångvägen från järnvägsstationen inte det allra trevligaste.
