Piacevole soggiorno, hotel consigliato
Pros:

Prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel ma conoscevo già la zona quindi lo raccomando per la vicinanza alla stazione, ben servito per i vicini localini e la movida (camere insonorizzate e silenziose). Camera grande con terrazza meravigliosa panoramica. Cosmo della reception ci ha fatto sentire a casa, ci ritorneremo

Non c’era il frigobar
Mancavano dei punti di appoggio tipo in bagno per appendere le asciugamani o in camera per appendere qualcosa
Metterei anche un cestino in più in camera e non solo uno in bagno
Non ho potuto usufruire della cassaforte in quanto non funzionava

Pros:

Notre chambre était au 4eme étage avec une terrasse. Bon petit déjeuner buffet sucré et salé. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en cas de départ tardif. Proche d un arrêt de bus qui va jusqu'au centre, près de la fontaine de trevi.
Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Pas de petit frigo dans la chambre...une bouilloire pourrait être un plus également

It met my expectations given it was not my first stay in the hotel but the location was good.
Pros:

Good coffee machine for breakfast

Cons:

Bread was not that good and iogurts were not in the fridge during breakfast. The electric board in the room made a buzz sound when it is turned on. It was difficult to sleep so I had to switch the electricity in the room while sleeping.

Centro della vita sociale per giovani generazioni
Pros:

I receptionist sono stati molto gentili, in particolare uno di loro: disponibilissimo a dare informazioni e a dare sempre aiuto. La posizione è a pochi minuti da piazza Vittorio a piedi e, soprattutto, è immersa nel quartiere vivace di San Lorenzo, pieno di locali frequentati di giovani, di ristoranti e trattorie molto buone. La camera, ben pulita, è sempre stata tenuta in ordine. La struttura è silenziosa e l'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente (per fortuna).

Cons:

La camera ha un frigorifero, ma non è funzionante; è vero che in caso di necessità c'è il frigo nella zona colazione, ma... non è la stessa cosa. La colazione è stata parecchia deludente: il caffè/cappuccino della macchinetta è pessimo (meglio chiederlo direttamente dal bar), così come non sono per nulla buona i croissant. Per fortuna c'è una gamma di prodotti (industriali) di vario tipo che consentono di compensare. La camera non ha molti spazi (in particolare, cassetti) dove riporre gli abiti.

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã gostoso e ambiente bem limpo. Elevador facilita a vida di hóspede com malas pesadas e de rodinha.
