Saubere, einfache Unterkunft, die ihren Preis wert ist. Obwohl es direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist, nicht sehr laut. Optimal, wenn man was einfaches direkt in Bahnhofsnähe sucht.

Il check-in è stato perfetto. Un plauso alla receptionist che mi ha accolto con uno splendido sorriso e la massima professionalità.
C'è da fare un pò di manutenzione soprattutto in bagno; nella confortevole camera stonava un po' l'interruttore dello scarico che non funzionava, il copri wc che si muoveva e altri piccoli dettagli che....tante volte fanno la differenza.

Great location.
I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a bathtub. On the first night, I was given a room with only a walk-in shower. The following day, I was moved to a room with a bathtub, which I appreciated at first. Unfortunately, when I went to use it, I discovered there was no drain plug, so the bathtub couldn’t hold any water and was completely unusable.I called reception, and they assured me that maintenance would fix the issue. I contacted them again at around 8:00 am and explained that I had a train to catch at 11:00 am, so I needed it resolved as soon as possible. I was told it would be fixed by 9:00 am. However, at around 9:30 am, I was informed they didn’t have the correct part and couldn’t repair it after all.My question is simple: why allocate a room with a bathtub if the bathtub isn’t actually usable? The only reason I agreed to move rooms was to have a bath, and I ended up going through the inconvenience of changing rooms for nothing.When I asked for a refund for that night’s stay, as I hadn’t received the room and facilities I had requested, the only solution offered was a complimentary late check-out. This made no sense because I had already explained that I needed to leave by 11:00 am to catch my train, so I couldn’t benefit from it.Overall, I was very disappointed with how this was handled. The issue wasn’t resolved despite repeated promises, and I left feeling that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience meant I didn’t enjoy my stay, and I expected much better customer service.

The location was perfect, right across from Termini Station. Plenty of food around. The hotel has a good continental breakfast. Great value. Staff were very helpful. You have to ask for a kettle as there is no kettle/tea/coffee/mugs in the room. Air conditioner in the room was blissful in summer. There are complimentary free activities and toyrs for guests.
