Pros:

Overall, we had a very good stay with our family. The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. It was great value for money, and everything else met our expectations.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the reception experience. While the check-in was efficient, the interaction felt less welcoming than we had hoped. There was an unnecessary discussion about our child, who is 3 years and 4 months old, being treated as a 4-year-old, which made us feel uncomfortable.
We also used the valet parking (€30), which was very convenient and expensive. The receptionist gave us address and told us that even we can access the car if needed so while we explored the nearby area, so we did. However, when we returned the interaction felt abrupt and came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing after the earlier reassurance.

Great location. Spacious room with air conditioning. We arrived early and room was ready for us to check in. Very friendly greeting from staff who spoke good English.

Очень чисто, есть все необходимые принадлежности, много полотенец, персонал очень внимательный, ресепшен работает 24 часа, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Очень узкая ванная комната, в душевой некуда ставить хотя бы один гель для душа, ни одной полочки. Завтрак очень скромный, однообразный.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con las instalaciones genial. El personal muy amable. Y además, hay una pastelería/cafeteria justo en la calle de al lado que son muy muy amables!!! Todo perfecto!!

Excelente profisdionais, ambiente tranquilo e confortavel, preço bom e boas acomodacoes, espero poder aoroveitar mais e ter mais oportunidades de ficar neste hotel com minha familia.

Cons:

Esoaco do quarto para 4 pessoas achei oeqyeno, mas teve muito pontos positivos que aasim nso se não desvaloriza mjnga opniao.
