Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. We dined at the rooftop restaurant and were disappointed by the food choices and quality this time around. We have dined there at least 6 times before and this time it was less than mediocre.

Cons:

We have stayed here more than 15 times and unfortunately this time the bed mattress was extremely hard that my mother could not sleep.

Disappointing and not a relaxing stay
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Very small room considering amount charge. Very noisy room despite request for quiet room. Woken every night with street noise. The rooftop was nice but i gave up waiting to be served. I have stayed there before but standards have declined

A great hotel apartment
Pros:

A luxury apartment not within the actual hotel but all hotel facilities and services included (daily cleaning etc)
Apartment security very good, accessed by 2 coded doors, the last one leading to just 3 rooms.
The apartment on 2nd floor accessible by lift or stairs was very large and luxurious

Cons:

The apartment about 3 mins walk from the hotel

Confortable, cálido, excelente ubicacion (calle peatonal con tiendas de las marcas mas reconocidas y de monumentos y plazas muy visitadas), personal muy atento. Estuve un par de veces antes y volvería a elegirlo para estar en Roma

Made my long weekend in Rome a living nightmare

Worst hotel i've been at. AC makes noises all night long can't sleep. 24h electricity interruptions and you have to manually turn on the AC. At 2am there was a fire alarm for 20 minutes nobody did anything. One of the worst experiences of my life at an hotel!!!!

The location was excellent close to Ll the sites & shopping areas. Comfortable & clean. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

המלון הכי טוב ברומא

אהבנו הכל 🩷 ישנו באגף ויולדי על ויה דל קורסו . הכניסה מוארת , בטוחה ונעימה . החדר היה ענק לעומת חדרי מלון בארץ אפילו , החדר אמבטיה חדש ונקי עם מקלחת אמבט ומלא פינוקים , שירות חדרים מעולה ! כל בעיה פתרו על המקום . מזגן נדיר בחום של יולי ברומא ובגלל המיקום הנדיר של המלון אפשר להגיע לסיאסטות צהריים ולנוח מהחום במזגן . הצוות מהמם , מקסים , וסבלני .
חשוב לי לציין ששני המבנים מעולים , בטוחים עם כניסה מוארת . טסנו אמא ושני מתבגרים והסתובבנו כל יום עד 1 בלילה , לא הרגשנו לרגע פחד .
המלון קרוב מאוד להרבה אטרקציות ואין צורך להוציא כסף על תחבורה , הכל מרחק הליכה מהמלון . הכל .
המסעדה על הגג מקסימה ! וגם הלובי .
בהחלט נחזור 🩷
