Hotel céntrico y con ambiente tranquilo. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación estaba un poco antigua. Tenía alguna que otra grieta en las paredes, así como los muebles un poco desgastados. Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas, deberían mejorar estas cosas.

Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. We dined at the rooftop restaurant and were disappointed by the food choices and quality this time around. We have dined there at least 6 times before and this time it was less than mediocre.

Cons:

We have stayed here more than 15 times and unfortunately this time the bed mattress was extremely hard that my mother could not sleep.

Disappointing and not a relaxing stay
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Very small room considering amount charge. Very noisy room despite request for quiet room. Woken every night with street noise. The rooftop was nice but i gave up waiting to be served. I have stayed there before but standards have declined
