Room and bathrooms are old and mostly not functioning properly.
Amazing stay. We had a basic room, it was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was decent and clean, and the air-con worked great. They are all the things you need as you are out exploring all day! The room was silent and we felt very safe here. Location is great - 10 mins from Roma Termini station and near to some of the major sites. , Next to a lovely park. There is a small shop underneath for water etc at night, snd a cafe underneath for cappuccino and croissant in the morning if you choose not to have breakfast here (which is available. We ate on the go as we had so much to try and see!) The staff were all very lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for helping us make unforgettable memories. xx
The hotel is located very well for getting around and a short walk from the central train station, good for a solo traveller. It is one of those types that occupies a couple of floors in an apartment building, but does at least have an elevator. The room was a good size for one person and I was able to get a double bed. The breakfast was decent with a good array of warm and cold options (scrambled eggs, bacon, salad items, fruit, juice, self-serve tea and coffee, etc.). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful!
Since the elevator is very old and has two different doors that both need to be closed to operate, if someone does not read the signs on the inside and forgets to close both, the elevator will not work and you may have to walk up to the 5th floor - not really the hotel's fault but something to be aware of. The reception desk can't see the elevator in the hallway.The breakfast times can be a little tricky, you have to choose a 1 hour period to eat and leave (i.e. between 7-8, 8-9...) and if no staff is there to let you in or out you may have to wait which can be a bit annoying when you're on a schedule.

Algo deterioradas las habitaciones pero son cómodas,un poco más de limpieza en los baños.
All the staff are super polite and helpful including the reception, cleaners and breakfast room.
The bathroom sink is a bit blocked but all the rest are fine.
