A wonderful experience staying at Hotel Oxford
Pros:

We had a great time at this hotel. Really nice and helpful and friendly staff. They even gave us a packed lunch for a tour we went on early in the morning, really nice. We can definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Oxford.

Cons:

We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. We slept very well even though the bed was not wide. Comfortable to stay at the hotel.

À côté du mot catastrophique
Pros:

L’emplacement
La sympathie du monsieur ( rasé qui parle français). Très cordiale , toujours avec le sourire.
En revanche, la fille ( cheveux longs) toujours désagréable, semblant ferme , toujours cachée derrière le balcon
Un petite sourire et un peu plus de cordialité ferait-elle une excellente hôtesse d’accueil. A mon départ, J’avais dit au monsieur qu’elle était très antipathique et elle est venue pour un au revoir ( trop tard).
Mais vu le prix et les prestations fournies , c’est excessif !
Petit déjeuner trop sommaire, jus de fruits de machine ( un horreur ), les sucrées ( À revoir).
De mon séjour j’observe que les filles sont traités d’une manière pas très aimable par un monsieur ( âgé) qui gère peut-être ce service . Je n’ai pas pu un seul sourire pourtant elles étaient agréables au bar. À vérifier !
Surtout pas !!!! Discuter avec un salarié devant un client , c’est désagréable. Je parle un peu d’italien et c’est mon 3eme séjour en Rome . Je ne sais pas si retournerai un jour chez vous.
Un aparté : le bagagiste est d’une gentillesse et d’une rigueur et toujours souriant.

Déjà mentionné avant
- la chambre était sale ( SDB tachées , pas une goutte de produits pour l’hygiène). Nous avons oublié une crème solaire sur le lit et au départ nous avons laissé sous le lit ( Côté fenêtre ). Aucun personnel avait notifié par message.

La chambre trop petite ainsi que la salle d’eau .
Personnel pas chaleureux…..
J ai demandé une couette car j avais froid, à la réception le monsieur m’a dit qu ils en avaient pas .il m’a donné 2 grande nappes pour me couvrir.
Sans oublier que les chambres sont mal isolées on entendait les discussions des chambres voisines.
Une fois mais pas 2 . Je ne retournerai pas .
