You’re paying for the location rather than comfort

Cons:

It’s not great value for money. The room we requested we didn’t get….we got an apartment when we asked for a hotel room. The apartment had great views but was old and there was no hot water for the shower!!

מיקום המלון נהדר!
הצוות מאד נחמד ואדיב, היו קשובים לנו והעבירו אותנו לחדר מתאים לאחר הלילה הראשון.
החדר השני שקיבלנו מאד נוח ומפנק!

Cons:

לילה ראשון קיבלנו חדר פצפון וחשוך עם מיטה קטנה שמתאימה לילדים. אני ביקשתי מראש לדעת שהחדר מתאים ואפילו התקשרתי לוודא שלא הזמנתי את חדר קטן, בכל זאת זה החדר שקיבלנו! החדר הזה בוודאי לא שווה את המחיר ששילמנו עליו!

חייב לציין שלאחר הלילה הראשון העבירו אותנו לחדר מואר, וגדול ששינה לנו את כל החוויה ואם היינו בחדר זה מלכתחילה הייתי נותן למלון ציון 10!

Vacaciones Fantasticas Volvería de nuevo al hotel sin dudarlo.
Pros:

La ubication es fantastica, cerca de la estación del metro, de las mejores tiendas y atracciones turísticas. El Desayuno es muy completo y en una terraza hermosa. La habitación muy buena. El hotel es precioso. Las 4 botellas de agua que colocan diariamente es un hit.

Cons:

Que he solicitado el recibo de pago y no me lo han enviado. En la recepción hay gente no tan amable.

A localização é excepcional mas pelo valor consideraria procurar outras opções em uma próxima estadia.
Pros:

A localização é sem dúvida um diferencial. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé e tem uma estação de metrô bem próximo. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com muitas opções de doces e um destaque para a funcionária Simone que foi muito atenciosa. Quatro garrafas de água eram deixadas todos os dias pelo serviço de quarto, chá e café.

Cons:

O quarto que pegamos embora com uma vista maravilhosa era bem pequeno e tinha uma luz muito forte que ficava acesa ( não sei se da calefação ou ar condicionado) que tivemos que bloquear com papel e adesivo pra ter mais conforto. O banheiro também é bem pequeno, alerto que, talvez pessoas grandes tenham dificuldade para se mover no box. Pedimos duas taças para vinho emprestadas e o hotel não empresta apenas aluga por 2 Euros cada uma por dia. (achei pouco simpático )

Meraviglioso.
Pros:

La cosa che mi ha colpito di più durante il soggiorno in questo hotel è stata la pulizia della camera. Può sembrare una cosa scontata, ma purtroppo non sempre lo è. Ho trovato tutto perfettamente ordinato, pulito e curato nei dettagli, cosa che mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Un aspetto che per me fa davvero la differenza e che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Tolles kleines und familienfreundliches Hotel mit Top Lage oben an der spanischen Treppe

Wir haben als Familie (mit 6 jährigen Sohn) in einer der neusten Appartements gewohnt und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Lage des Hotels! Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gab ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten sowie 2 Bäder und eine Küche. Das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse war sehr lecker, besonders die Süßen Speisen waren sehr vielfältig. Wir haben dieses Appartement über ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.
