This is a delightful and conveniently located hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The courtyard is beautiful! We loved the breakfast area, and our room had a lovely balcony. Rome in May is in full bloom, and the flowers were so pretty.

Upon arrival, we were given the most amazing family room with an upstairs loft that had 2 beds and a baby crib, with the downstairs pull out made up for us. This set up was completely luxurious for us with our 3 small children. We also had a beautiful private balcony. For the price, this room was truly incredible.

The breakfast staff were very sweet with our boys, and even held our baby so we could eat. I will definitely stay here again!

The luggage room available to guests upon check out was very convenient if you want to make a quick stop anywhere in Rome before heading out of town.

Good value for money, convenient location. Let down by the neighbourhood.
Pros:

A beautiful stand alone building with a courtyard.

Cons:

Bed coverings and pillows were dated. Blanket provided was scratchy. Neighbourhood was littered with both rubbish and homelessness.

The rooms are not sound proof you here ppl flushing toilet. You here people walking upper floor. No kettle amd tea stuff in the room.

I left my clothes by mistake in the closet. The hotel is quite not even reaching put to me

Pros:

I liked the size of the room, it was large enough for 4 people. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is close to the train station and has some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The room was much plainer than the online pictures. We didn't like that the picture had shown a loft style room with a small sitting area but then when we got there the room was just 4 beds. The beds were not comfortable.

Wenn das freundliche Personal nicht gewesen wäre, , würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war in der Nähe von Termini für Weiterreise und Sightseeing sehr gut , das Hotel hatte einen kleinen ruhigen Garten , indem man Getränke oder Frühstück zu sich nehmen konnte. Das war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Leider war die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und es gab nur ein Oberlicht, was zu einer schlechten Nacht in einem wenig komfortablen Zimmer geführt hatte. Wett wurde dies durch den Portier gemacht, der als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten zum kostenlosen Frühstück einlud.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war echt hässlich , das Bad allerdings relativ neu und sauber.

Pros:

C’est très agréable d’arriver dans un Hotel “à l’ancienne “ avec quelqu’un à l’accueil et dans un très bel endroit. C’est rassurant. La chambre était très spacieuse. Le jardin est vraiment mignon.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité. Le lit était presque pas confortable. Il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.
