Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and facilities were good.
Hotel is located in a quite upmarket neighbourhood in Aventine hill some 750 metres away from nearest metro of circo maximus station.

Cons:

WIFI signal weak in our room but had our own 4G connection.

Great stay could improve front desk interactions.
Pros:

I really like this hotel and surrounding area. My room was comfortable but the mattress was hard and felt more like a box spring. There were some other minor issues that I addressed with the front desk. In general, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly but no one at the front desk was very welcoming. They had a great breakfast with the best coffee!

Cons:

Visiting the front desk. I always felt like I was bothering them.
