Het was schoon, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Miste een rekje in de douchecabine voor bijvoorbeeld je shampoo.
En een kledingkast om bijvoorbeeld je jas aan op te hangen in de kamer zelf.

Espectacular!!!
Pros:

Espectacular en todo sentido. Habitación amplia y espaciosa con camas muy cómodas. Ubicación inmejorable, a distancia a pie de varios monumentos y con buena conexión del transporte público en otros. Desayuno muy completo. El personal super amable y siempre predispuesto a ayudar. Recomendamos y volveríamos

Large room, close to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Breakfast was basic but a welcome start to the day. Staff were very helpful.

La habitación tenía lo necesario para una buena estadía.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel: algo lejos para ir caminando desde la estación Roma Termini considerando que la aceras no están en buenas condiciones en algunos tramos.
A mi cuñada le asignaron una habitación en un edificio al lado del hotel, sin embrago, el edificio dejaba mucho que desear: muy descuidado, ascensor muy antiguo y las instalaciones no reflejaban lo que se ve en las fotos de Booking: sección del hotel muy descuidada y apartada. El acceso a las habitaciones de dicho sector era confuso y feo.
