Budget room with almost all the things you need
Pros:

The welcome was awesome. Hats off to Mr. Shakib (sorry if I misspelled) who was kind and made the check-in smooth. We need to highlight that he was the most welcoming and helpful receptionist out of many we met during our 4-nights stay.
Room was air-conditioned. Had a mini fridge, which we didn't expect. Had elevator access. Washroom is fully equipped and functioning.
Location is close to the Roma Terminal as well as to the couple of city attractions. Commuting was easy.
A lot of restaurants in the vicinity with a variety of foods.

Cons:

Building is old and looked unstable though rooms were renovated.
Washroom is small and tight.
Breakfast was bare minimum in my opinion.
Elevator is old and shaky.
Key had a heavy metal tag. Fortunately, we had to leave and pick every time we went out. Otherwise, carrying it would be a nightmare.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos hacer check in alrededor de las 2 pm tuvimos que esperar 20 min ya que la habitación no estaba lista, aparte de ello la persona que nos realizó el proceso de check in fue bastante descortés y prepotente. Por suerte no lo volvimos a ver los días siguientes que estuvimos allí. Ya que los otros recepcionistas eran amables y serviciales.

Correcta, sin muchos lujos.
Pros:

Nos gusto la ubicación.la comodidad de las camas, el aire acondicionado y ventilador, el balcón y la presión del agua de la ducha. La atención del personal fue correcta.

Cons:

No nos gusto las zonas comunes, eran ruinosas y desactualizadas, las almohadas (muy bajas), el baño necesitaba una buena reforma, la mini nevera (no funcionaba) y la televisión era pequeña.

Établissement propre et personnel agréable.
Déçu par le petit déjeuner, pas de proposition de fruits, de charcuterie, d'œuf. Des croissants de qualité moyenne. Pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux.

Pros:

Otimo custo benefício, perto do Termini, tem restaurantes bons perto, tem mercado perto, tem ar condicionado (que foi essencial no calor que passamos), tem cafe da manhã basico, mas gostoso. A equipe fala ingles e é paciente, super simpática.

Os quartos sao um pouco velhos, mas pelo valor, considerando Roma, é isso que se encontra.
