Awful place, avoid.
Pros:

Location, that's all.

Cons:

Hotel was very run down, e.g. walls had marks and handprints, door of wardrobe broken, leads hanging out of walls on corridors, shower was broken, no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed (had to go to another floor to shower day 2 - not easy with kids, and day 3 told it was being fixed but it wasn't, no attempt to apologise for this, man on reception just made it seem like we wanted too many showers!). Would it recommend any family staying here.

The staff's behavior was extremely disrespectful. We wanted to discuss several issues with our room with the receptionist, including broken fixtures in the shower, the fact that the "hot water" amenity advertised on the booking platform was misleading, and that hot water was only available for a maximum of 8–9 minutes. After that, you had to wait nearly two hours for it to return.

We brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, but instead of offering a solution, we were met with a dismissive attitude. We were essentially told, "There's nothing I can do. If you're not satisfied, you can check out without a refund."

My recommendation: even if this were the only hotel available in the city, I would suggest postponing your trip rather than staying here.

Termini metro istasyonuna çok yakın. 7/24 resepsiyon var. Oda her gün temizleniyor. İnternet var ve oda da çekiyor. Collezyum yürüyerek 1.5km

Cons:

Asansörler eski ve güvensiz katlardaki lambaları çalışmıyor. Bina eski kapılar ahşap. Resepsiyon hangi noyu söylersen veriyor bu güvensiz geldi.

Hotel escolhido para passarmos a primeira noite, pois chegamos muito tarde. Valeu muito.

A localização é um dos grandes destaques, sendo excelente para quem deseja praticidade na chegada e saída de Roma. O hotel está a poucos metros da principal estação da cidade (com acesso a ônibus, trem e metrô), o que facilita muito a locomoção para qualquer ponto turístico ou região.

Outro ponto positivo foi a facilidade no check-in e no check-out, tornando toda a experiência mais ágil e tranquila. Além disso, a propriedade oferece a comodidade de guardar as malas após o check-out, permitindo aproveitar melhor o dia na cidade sem preocupações — um detalhe simples, mas que faz muita diferença para quem está explorando o centro de Roma.

Cons:

A água quente acabou após utilizarmos. Como estávamos em quatro, o último teve que tomar banho com a água fria. Durante a manhã houve bastante barulho no quarto, acredito que era um elevador antigo que estava próximo do quarto, mas foi momentâneo e por pouco tempo.
