Die Lage und die Nähe zur Stadt, die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten, auch der schöne Gartenbereich, die Terrasse fürs Frühstück, sehr ruhig gelegen... das Kolosseum, auch der Trevi Brunnen, spanische Treppe und Pertersdom sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen...

colazione ottima con possibilità di mangiare anche all'aperto. Personale cordiale, bella location e zona tranquilla.

Cons:

Rivedere un po' il bagno, almeno nella stanza dove ho soggiornato, phon datato che non asciuga, doccia jacuzzi che non funziona sistemata alla bene e meglio con due doccini che non possono essere spenti e usati singolarmente. Insonorizzazione carente svegliato più volte la mattina da voci e rumori dalle altre stanze.

Worth the stay with a tranquil and classic Italian experience in the middle of Rome
Pros:

Charming and quiet facility, classic Italian atmosphere, safe and tranquil location with some major attractions next door. Strong AC and water pressure, attentive and friendly staff both in front desk and maid service. In this price range is way better than traditional hotel chain in other part of city like the central truistic area.

Cons:

Is a minor issue, but the water shower jacuzzi is not functioning and needs repair. Water glasses are a bit wear-out thus need some replacement. The central AC control is a bit of hassle to use seems the control board screen is only showing part of information.

All in all, is some minor issues that comes with the age of the hotel building, just need some repair and replacement will make it a 10.

Posizione eccellente ed edificio di grande fascino.

Cons:

Da evitare le camere a piano terra: buie, piuttosto rumorose (in particolare per le auto e i tavoli della colazione proprio accanto) e con scarsissimo o assente segnale wifi e telefonico.

Pros:

Gammelmodig stil og sjarme! Fantastisk hage rundt hotellet, nydelig for frokost eller en sen nattetime. Stille! Tre-gulv! Hauger av håndklær på badet!

Pleasant location; quiet comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood far from the crowds and noise of central Rome yet still in easy walking and metro distance to main sites. There are some great trattoria and pizza places a short 10 minute walk away as well as cafes and supermarkets. Front desk is efficient and pleasant. Room is quiet and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Downside ... you need to climb into the bathtub/shower and could be challenging for a senior. Also no mat in the shower so slippery. There are no shelves in the room for unpacking or storing - just a cupboard for hanging. No coffee machine or kettle in the room but you can request a kettle. The breakfast is basic and needs improving. The staff actually made coffee from instant powder ... disappointment for an Italian hotel. Juice was a watered drink. Bread served on Sunday morning was stale.
