Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war für uns perfekt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Wenn man wie wir mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, gibt es auf Nachfrage einen Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. War für uns perfekt.

The Best Heart Felt Hospitality In The World!

We had the most incredible time at Hotel Villa San Pio! We came for my birthday and the hotel and staff and food were way beyond our expectations! We were treated like family by everyone who worked there! Sergio, Alex, Lisbet, Agapito and Mr Stefano went above and beyond and went way out of their way to give us the highest service we have ever experienced in any hotel all over the world. Agapito found out it was my birthday (we have the same birthday) and when we came back to our room from a long day of touring he had left us appetizers and wine for two in our room! It was a delightful surprise! When we were leaving the hotel to travel 20+ hour home. We mentioned if we could get a cappuccino before we left. Our flight was very early and the hotel breakfast wasn't served that early. Agapito found out and said he would leave us breakfast at the front desk. When we checked out the next morning we found two lunch bags full of savory and sweet breakfast and lunchables that lasted us our entire trip! Alex, at the font desk, made many recommendations & reservation for us. He was a YES man and arranged many thing us during our prescious time there! This is only a couple of examples of how we were greatly taken care of. We have never encountered any hospitality like this anywhere! Also there were wild parrots and two resident cats that were an unexpected blessing and bonus for our 7 days there. Thank you SO much Hotel Villa San Pio for everything! Your heartfelt hospitality compares to none!

Cons:

We had a little leak in the shower door that left water on the floor but the maid helps us daily with that.

Pros:

Beautiful villa in 2 minutes from Hiardino degli Aranci. Very quiet safe area in the heart of Rome. 20 minutes from Colosseo. 10 minutes from metro.

Cons:

Nothing. Although breakfast could be richer

Es waren traumhafte Tage in Rom, dank des Aufenthaltes in Aventino, wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Gebäude hat das typische italienische Ambiente, man spürt das Flair und befindet sich in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Genau das, was wir im Urlaub haben möchten. Eine kleine zauberhafte Unterkunft, mit wunderschönen Details und Geschichte. Es liegt sehr ruhig und doch kann vieles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend für uns. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und sehr bemüht. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben, leider waren die weiteren Tage bereits ausgebucht
