Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu sprawia że pobyt w Rzymie nie jest męczący. Wszystkie główne atrakcje można zwiedzić w formie spaceru. Przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu. Dojazd z dworca Rimini trwa 5 min autobusem i wysiadasz przy samym hotelu (autobus 64,40). Pokój ładniejszy na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy hotelu zarówno na recepcji jak i w kuchni przy śniadaniu. Można miło z każdym porozmawiać. Proste śniadania z pyszną kawą, które na pewno nasyci każdego na początek dnia. Po wymeldowaniu można zostawić torby i jeszcze pospacerować po Rzymie przed wyjazdem.

Was close to Rome station (20 mins walk) and close to some of the main sites in Rome. Staff were lovely and couldnt do too much for us (refilling water bottles etc). Breafast was good in a nice dining area.

Quarto super amplo e limpo, tudo novinho! Banheiro ótimo. Recepcionistas super gentis, me entregaram uma folha com várias indicações de restaurantes e cafés.

Great location friendly staff

Quaint hotel in a perfect location. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean as well as quiet with great air-conditioning. Breakfast is continental style with lovely coffee. Situated within easy walking distance of all the key tourist spots. Definitely recommend.

I loved the location.

Location

At first I was taken aback by the small size of the room but soon enough I realized it was tidy, very clean and functional. And who wants to spend time in Rome in a hotel room! I was thankful for the effective A/C in the sweltering Roman weather. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of most of the iconic Rome highlights. And an easy 15 minute walk for Roma Termini (trains).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante una visita a Roma ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente.
La posizione è strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente.
La camera era silenziosa e dotata dei comfort necessari. La pulizia è stata impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno.
il personale è stato sorridente, disponibile e professionale, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande cortesia.
La colazione è stata soddisfacente , con scelta di prodotti dolci e salati

At the location was excellent because of the best in transit systems

I visited this gem in the heat of July and it was very refreshing as this is an excellent family Hotel.
Not for you if you want to strut into a grand foye and have money sucked out of your pocket just for turning up. Or a “look at me reception”, where you are treated like cattle. This lovely hotel is located on the third floor of a office building in a very central location in Rome within walking distance to all the attractions.
It doesn't sit on a Grand Street name, a central piazza or an upmarket air of “look at me getting out of the taxi”, not for a second. But the view from your window is stunning.

Don't worry about scrambling to fight for a plastic breakfast in a massive canteen room where the scrambled eggs shows the flatness of the plastic bag it had just come out of. More, just enjoy the small Hygge style room overlooking that great view, where you are the main guest and treated like so.
And the bedrooms are very functional, quiet, spotless, very well service by excellent maids who have the family touch. Like mama lining up your bottles by the sink. A bathroom with no steam to destroy your wives well groomed hair, a silent toilet that won't wake up your spouse in the middle of the night or sound like a ships latrine to wake up everyone in the next four rooms. Perfectly designed for space, comfort, quality fixtures and fitting thst show a high degree of design understanding with all types of client needs A bathroom built on comfort and practicality, with an understanding for old gentlemen like me with bad knees and need of a steady perfectly positioned hand rail. A mirror with self heated vents to prevent mistings and a shower that temperature remains constant. Overall a very nice hotel, where family values, politeness and quality is the foundation. This is the bridge between Airbnb and a luxury hotel at the right price. Well done be succesful and expand this concept
