Hotel closed
Pros:

Hotel was gesloten omwille van renovaties.
Ik kreeg daarover geen bericht, enkel een briefje aan de deur dat gereserveerde kamers overgenomen waren door ander hotel.

Δεν συνιστώ τη διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο.
Pros:

Το επιλέξαμε λόγω της θέσης του κοντά σε σταθμό και παροχής πρωινού.

Cons:

Δεν ξέρω αν δίνουν άδεια λειτουργίας στην Ιταλία... Δεν είχαμε τη δυνατότητα χρήσης σκάλας και έχει ένα μικρό ασανσέρ μόνο, που δεν ενέπνευσε για την ασφάλεια του. Σε πολλά σημεία στην οροφή δεν υπήρχε ψευδοροφη και φαίνονταν σωλήνες και καλωδιώσεις. Εκτός αν από την πρώτη ημέρα, τις υπόλοιπες της διαμονής μας ποτέ δεν έβαλαν στο δωμάτιο τα βασικά όπως χαρτί τουαλέτας, σαμπουάν και σαπούνι και έπρεπε να τα ζητάμε από τη ρεσεψιόν όπου και εκεί μας έδιναν λιγότερα από τα οφειλόμενα βάσει ατόμων. Το σαμπουάν που ήταν και για το σώμα ταυτόχρονα ήταν φάκελος των 7.5ml που φυσικά είναι ελάχιστα. Εξαιρώντας το πρωινό που ήταν ικανοποιητικό το ξενοδοχείο σίγουρα δεν ήταν 3 αστέρων, μάλλον ενός. Επιπρόσθετα μας χρέωσε φόρο διαμονής ανά άτομο , που αντιστοιχεί σε 4 αστέρων και φυσικά δεν έδωσε απόδειξη , ενώ τα απαίτησε μετρητά. Για όλα τα παραπάνω και μια κατσαρίδα που βρήκαμε στο δωμάτιο, δεν συνιστώ σε άλλους το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο.

Aceptable si estás dispuesto a solo llegar a dormir
Pros:

A pesar de las deficiencias del hotel en general, la habitación es "aceptable", cumple con lo básico para tu estancia. El desayuno es básico pero bueno. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estación y si estás dispuesto a caminar puedes moverte a pie a lugares emblemáticos, lo que si es que no recomiendo salir en las noches, no parecía seguro y es punto de reunión para varias personas para escuchar música y beber.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, pasillos, elevador, alfombras, techos están en muy mal estado. No tuvimos agua caliente durante toda la estancia. Los techos están abiertos y cayéndose, la alfombra está demasiado sucia y con polvo, tienen varias áreas en reconstrucción, en el elevador solo caben dos personas y únicamente hay uno. En las noches varias personas se reúnen en las afueras para escuchar música y beber.

Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien, al lado de la terminal de trenes de Roma (lo que sirve para ir en tren o avión, ya que para ir al aeropuerto se toma un tren, el Leaonardo Express desde allí). El desayuno estaba bueno.

Cons:

El lugar está en reformas y transitarlo no es muy cómodo, el ascensor tiene poca capacidad y una escalera obligatoria, pero eso no impide moverse.

okay but needs improvement
Pros:

Close to the train and bus station. Staff were helpful, giving out information about the city and a map.

Cons:

Lack of options at breakfast. You have to return your key every time you leave the hotel. The condition of many things within the rooms and outside, like the lift, was poor. WiFi does not work properly at all; I had to sit by the room door to get any connection.

I’ll never stay hotel Tex ever again
Pros:

It was close to bus and train station and nice restaurants around

Cons:

No WiFi for 3 nights and night staff didn’t do anything about it.

Also night staff didn’t even check my name for giving me room key even I never met the staff before.
So anyone could pick room key, not safe at all
