Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e bem proximo a estação. Limpeza excelente, lençóis e toalhas trocados todos os dias. Rua silenciosa.

Cons:

Unica coisa que recomendo é trocarem os secadores de cabelo que são bem ruins. Ponto de atenção é que por mais que seja possivel fazer as atrações andando, é pelo menos meia hora caminhando até as mais proximas, totalmente possivel pra quem esta disposto a andar.

I would go back.
Pros:

It was a wonderful room, much bigger than I needed but great to have. The hotel was very close to the buses, the metro, and easy to get to the Roma Termini station. Thank goodness for the lift because the hotel is on the fourth floor of a building that has multiple hotels.

Cons:

A continental breakfast room was bright and airy and was available for 10 euros but the food and selections were not very good.

A wonderful stay with great service, a perfect location, and a warm atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcome and would happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Pros:

A localização é ótima: a 300m de vários pontos de ônibus e 500m da estação de trem/metro. No mais, a acomodação é bem confortável e limpa. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

O café da manhã é o que menos gostei. Pouca variedade.

Come ha detto una persona dello Staff: "ospitare e gestire un Hotel è più che fare il check in e il check out". Ho trovato tutto secondo le mie aspettative, in una struttura in posizione eccellente. Ma ho trovato soprattutto persone accoglienti e disponibili. Lo consiglio.

It wasn’t hot enough in the city to use an AC…

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, when I asked for the remote control for the air conditioner—because the room had one but no remote—the reception denied it, saying it wasn't hot enough in the city, so they simply refused to give me a remote. I was shocked by this. Then, the room had a safe operated by keys, not a code, but there were no keys to the safe either. The view from the window was terrible, facing some inner courtyard. There were ants in the room. On top of that, the reception service was awful. One day before my checkout, I asked if I could check out 1-2 hours later, since checkout was at 10:30 a.m. They confirmed it was fine, so I planned accordingly. But on the day of checkout, another receptionist came banging on my door at 10:30, asking why I hadn’t left. I was stunned, as I had an agreement the day before for a later checkout. I understand the rules, and I did leave by 10:30, but why promise something and then change it? Overall, I do not recommend this hotel—absolutely terrible staff attitude, and it’s simply not worth the money.
