Pros:

Ottima posizione, lungomare.. Ottima pulizia. Colazione varia. Ho soggiornato solo una notte per trovarmi nei pressi dell'aeroporto la mattina dopo. La camera potrebbe essere un po' piccola per lunghi soggiorni, ma fornita di tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Può essere difficile oarcheggiare. Si sentono molto i rumori delle stanze adiacenti (è comunque ottima la protezione da quelli esterni).

La posizione è ottima e ho apprezzato la possibilità di depositare le valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.

Cons:

La camera era sporca. Le tende e il coprimaterasso sembravano non essere stati lavati da molto tempo. Inoltre, quando ho aperto il letto, ho trovato dei peli e ho avuto l’impressione che la biancheria fosse già stata utilizzata. Sul soffitto era presente della muffa e in diversi punti della stanza c’erano ragnatele, segno di una pulizia decisamente insufficiente.

Cons:

Ho avuto problema con dei vicini di camera rumorosi e che litigavano alle 2.00 di mattina. Il portiere di notte gentile ma non è riuscito a risolverlo.

While we liked the convenience of the location and the staff, we would not return.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. Taxi was ordered in a timely manner. Staff was available at all times.
Convenient (but very noisy) location.

Cons:

The place is worn and outdated. Furniture old, scratched. Walls in bathroom peeling. Worst was that the air conditioning did not work. Staff member came to flip a switch and said it would run in a few minutes, but it did not. Temperature was not bearable.
Location, while convenient is very noisy, lots of traffic. Thus the small balcony is useless. You can hardly see the water, the view is onto beach cabins for tourists.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza. La vista al mar

Cons:

El desayuno muy pobre y muy simple, sin proteínas, solo carbohidratos . La falta de mantenimiento en todo el edificio y más en los balcones, bastante antiguo, se quedó en el tiempo
