Reliable. We visit every year. This year we'll be back again in May for several days. We like the personal service at reception. We really like the period, nostalgic atmosphere, including the music choices during breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast is not suitable for British tastes. There should be a choice off cereals, including granola and All bran. Good to see boiled eggs can now be cooked fresh, to your taste. Cooked bacon is the main item missing.
