Pros:

La struttura è un un parco bellissimo e sembra una villa storica, aperta h24 con personale cortese e attento

Cons:

L'interno è da hotel anni 80 con pulizia non ottimale, tipico però delle strutture datate e un po' trasandate... le camere adiacenti si sente tutto anche quando si parla a bassa voce. Troppo caro il prezzo per quella struttura a prezzo inferiore il giudizio sarebbe stato diverso...

Ci siamo trovati bene, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. E davvero un gioello potenziale.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro di Arriccia.
La struttura gode di una posizione strategica e lo staff è gentilissimo. Ha grandi potenzialità, ma necessita di una rinfrescata/ammodernamento per esprimere il suo vero valore.

Cons:

Scomodo l'ingresso con l'auto e anche la scala centrale per raggiungere la reception con le valigie.

Posto d'altri tempi, affascinante e molto confortevole.
Pros:

Albergo storico ma ben tenuto, all'interno di un vasto parco con parcheggio libero per gli ospiti. Camere molto spaziose e con ottimo condizionamento. Personale estremamente disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione, buona, potrebbe essere un po' ampliata nell'offerta.

Pros:

La posizione ottima: le fermate degli autobus da e per Roma sono sulla stessa strada; si può arrivare al Museo, a varie negozi tipici, al Municipio. La stanza è molto ampia, letto abbastanza comodo, il bagno carino. La sala colazione.

Cons:

Il pavimento della stanza è molto usurato; la finestra non si apre, anche il marmo è da sistemare; la stanza rimane chiara perché le tende non sono messe bene; la luce à sinistra del letto è da sistemare; non c'era sapone per le mani; non c'è un frigobar tampoco un telefone per uso interno; lo spazio sotto la porta della stanza!
