La struttura della location e la posizione. Inoltre che sia pet friendly.

Cons:

Non siamo stati con la nostra cagnolina. Purtroppo non so chi non ha pulito le deiezioni del proprio cane fatte nel giardino. Ma non è colpa della struttura ma di ospiti incivili!

Struttura molto bella, ma necessita secondo me di una ristrutturazione o comunque maggiore manutenzione.

Cons:

Presenza di umidità all’interno del bagno visibile dai muri, televisore molto datato.
Andrebbero un po’ rimodernate le camere.

Lindo edificio y jardin, limpio, y equipo cordial. Buena alternativa para dejar coche aparcado gratuitamente y acercarse a Roma con transporte publico.

Funcionalidad de algunas cosas en la habitación derivada de la antiguedad del edificio.

Arredi un po' datati ma confort e colazione internazionale abbondante. E abbiamo parcheggiato in struttura. Personale gentilissimo.
