Pros:

Beautiful property, very close to the center of Frascati and an easy walk from the train station.

Cons:

Very old beds, issues with bath.

posizione ottima, edificio stupendo

Cons:

peccato per alcune piccole cose come la finestra di legno del bagno macerata dall' umidità o la testata del letto in tessuto che era stata danneggiata in alcuni punti. Piccoli dettagli che non mi aspetto da un quattro stelle

OK for a brief stay but not up to expectations.
Pros:

Close to station.

Cons:

Breakfast very poor; moreso for a coeliac. Whilst bed was comfy and the building impressive, the room, decor and fittings are all dated. There is some suggestion that this is a four star establishment. If it was ever such a thing, it was a long time ago.

Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

Receptionist who checked us in went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy- we are very grateful to her. And our room views were exceptional. Thank you

Cons:

La porta della stanza purtroppo si apriva in continuazione.. anche dopo averla riparata si apriva ugualmente. Magari la struttura ha bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione

La struttura della location e la posizione. Inoltre che sia pet friendly.

Cons:

Non siamo stati con la nostra cagnolina. Purtroppo non so chi non ha pulito le deiezioni del proprio cane fatte nel giardino. Ma non è colpa della struttura ma di ospiti incivili!
