Splendida struttura, vale la pena un soggiorno (meglio nel mezzo della settimana)
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e ben curata.
Lo staff è stato quasi (qualche sorriso in più non sarebbe stato male) sempre al top in tutte le occasioni; particolare elogio a quello dei servizi aggiuntivi (corso di cucina, escursioni,..), super-competenti e cortesissimi nel farci godere il momento.
La cena è stata eccezionale, sia per la cortesia e competenza dello staff che per la qualità dei cibi.
Colazione veramente notevole sia in qualità che quantità.
Piscine numerose pulite funzionanti e ben curate. Abbiamo gradito particolarmente la presenza di piscina e vasche esterne riscaldate, da godere anche con il freddo invernale e fino a sera.

Cons:

La troppa gente nelle piscine di domenica ci ha a volte impedito un uso condiviso delle postazioni relax (getti d'acqua, etc), spesso occupati per decine e decine di minuti dalle stesse persone.
La camera, sebbene spaziosissima, l'avevamo scelta con balcone per goderci anche un relax all'esterno, ma la posizione (primo piano) del balcone con affaccio sul retro, vista palazzine senza alcuna vista gradevole, ce ne ha impedito di fatto di goderne.

al ricevimento sono molto accoglienti, la Spa non è troppo affollata ed è molto rilassante. La cena è all'altezza, la merenda e la colazione anche rispecchiano lo stile dell'hotel.

A first rate experience
Pros:

We love going to Silva Hotel Splendid. Over the years, we think it has gone from strength to strength. The re-furbished rooms are lovely. The Spa is excellent. Breakfast is very good. The staff are nearly all very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Nice atmospheric hotel. Rooms a bit more than basic.. Great breakfast buffet. Shame the gym and spa was being renovated, so we couldn’t visit it.

Relativamente al.personale dell'albergo lo staff della colazione e della merenda hanno un atteggiamento molto serioso apparentemente poco disponibile al.dialogo.
Interfacciarsi un cliente o con il.pubblico significa anche fare un sorriso tanto,la professionalità è uma cosa la troppa serietà ci ha creato creato disagio addirittura nel chiedere semplici informazioni sul servizio e nel servizio stesso.
Non è la prima volta che veniamo presso la.vostra struttura, a conferma di quanto ci piaccia, ma abbiamo notato ogni volta questo atteggiamento del personale.
Lo staff della reception si e' dimostrato invece molto cortese,preparato e disponibile,compresi i sorrisi.
Troppo rigore nel far rispettare alcune regole all'interno della spa,sconfinato in 2/3 occasioni in atteggiamenti eccessivi.
La.spa prevede un ambiente rilassante che comprende a volte parlare in maniera adeguata con altri ospiti, rispettando l'ambiente, ripresi più volte per questo ci è sembrato al limite del rispetto.
