L'hôtel est unique au bout de nulle part isolé sur la mer.
La végétation est grandiose et merveilleuse.
C'est un endroit qui ne ressemble a rien d'autre la mer en se réveillant c'est magique! spectaculaire coucher de soleil.
La réservation des transats à la piscine, la réservation des emplacements de véhicules pour le personnel et les riches clients habitués.
Impossible de se garer on doit laisser ses clefs de voiture à la réception.
Manque de carte et tarifs exorbitant à la piscine et au bar 2limoncello spritz pour 30 euros contre 16 euros au village.
La demande par 2 fois d'un tarif nous à été refusé.
Ambiance du petit déjeuner déplorable manque de respect vis a vis des clients duspute quotidienne entre la chef du petit déjeuner et son responsable.
Un séjour de 10 jours le pain est sec toujours du jambon jamais de salami ni de mortadelle ou autres les fruits mous et j'ai eu un yahourt sans yahourt! A part cela les serveurs sont tous aimables.

Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit sehr viel Süßspeisen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit um drinnen zu frühstücken, wenn man Fliegen und Wespen nicht mag, kann es im Sommer ein bisschen anstrengend sein.
Wir haben nach sechs Tagen wegen einer Überbuchung das Zimmer gewechselt und sind dann ein anderes Zimmer gekommen, in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr viele Fliegen gegeben, die aus der Klimaanlage und aus dem Sanitärbereich gekommen sind. Man hat versucht die Fliegen zu beseitigen, aber das Problem wurde von der Rezeption nicht richtig ernst genommen und weg gelächelt. Wir mussten mehrmals intervenieren und nachfragen, bis jemand mit einem Insektenspray gekommen ist. Das war das einzige, das uns gestört hat.

Resto does not reach the same level as lunch. A bit to complicated menu. Some easy classic italian dishes would be better. Its a bit remote but that is also part of the greatness

Location, if you are looking for a place further away from more touristic areas.
- Upon departure we were charged 1190€ extra for the sofa bed, where our 9y old daughter slept, we were not made aware of this upon our arrival so this came as a surprise that kids are being charged extra 170€ per night.
- Toilets were not clean upon our arrival (found floating manure…), which we reported to the reception the same night and to be fair this was one off accident, nevertheless a bit unpleasant welcome surprise, for the rest of the time cleaning was ok.
- The first night an old AC started making loud bumbling noise, waking up everyone in the room (like an old fridge or tractor), it got fixed the following day, but never cooled the room properly.
- Breakfast was ok, but definitely not up to the standard for the money you pay (don’t expect any variations in the menu, mostly limited to sweet pastries and scrambled eggs).
- Wifi available only around the reception and restaurant, no wifi whatsoever in the room, very week around the pool.
- Sun loungers around the pool and next to the rocky beach permanently reserved for people who rarely show up.
- Restaurant 2x more expensive than restaurants in the town 4km away, which would be a good option if you are willing to drive after dinner, as there are no shuttle services provided by the hotel.
- Junior suite located 10 min walk uphill from the beach and pool, which is good for exercising, less so if you have small kids or elderly people.
- Parking is a constant issue….this one is probably not solvable.
Great breakfast and nice views from the room. Parking is not difficult (as other mentions) if you know how to park in narrow spaces as normal in Italy. Spacious room fridge and cleaning every day.
The pool has way to much salt and should use cloar instead. A few minor misunderstandings due to low English proficiency eg. that the good looking lunch was 50€ pp pr day - anyway, the stay was really nice.
