Beautiful location and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel is in a beautiful location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room a bit dated, hotel would benefit from a bit of a freshen up. Breakfast was very good. Best part was the location so close by to the lake!

Posizione eccezionale sul lago, camere impeccabili, piscina stupenda e parcheggio gratuito.
Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, proprio di fronte al porto sul lago, con una vista splendida e tutto a portata di mano. La camera era impeccabile, molto pulita e curata. La piscina è ampia e ben tenuta, perfetta per rilassarsi. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio gratuito disponibile direttamente in struttura. Per chi lo disideri sul porto c'è la possibilità di fare un giro sul lago per fare il bagno nelle isole dello stesso.

Cons:

Rude staff, especially the breakfast service, but the receptionist also asked if I was a hotel guest—only to tell me to cover up (I was wearing a swimsuit and entering through a side entrance, and the hotel is right next to the lake). Poor air conditioning, it was too cold to comfortably sleep

Poloha hotelu fantasticka, hotel je na hlavní třídě opravdu na krásném místě, kousek od jezera. Personál byl moc milý.

Cons:

Vzhledem k tomu že jsme byli rodina a pouze na jednu noc, dostali jsme pokoj co nebyl tedy úplně malý, ale měl jedno okno v pokoji a jedno v koupelně. V pokoji byla poměrně tma, nedovedu představit že bych tam více dní. Co se týká snidaní, chyběla mi zelenina a vajíčka se slaninou byla hodně vlažná. Když jsme přišli má snídani, byli jsme jako první,přivítal nas milý personál(3 číšníci) , řekli kam si máme sednout a pak stali metr od našeho stolu všichni tři a čekali na další hosty. Připadali jsme si chvílema jako kdyby nás hlídala tajná služba:) protože číšníci měli v uších černa vysilackova sluchátka kvůli organizaci. Jako chvilku se tomu smějete, ale pak je to člověku nepříjemné, když vám za zády stojí tři číšníci a pozoruji vás.
