Posto meraviglioso ma molto da migliorare

Struttura bellissima, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Ben tenuta, tuttavia per il costo molte cose da migliorare.

Letti molto scomodi, durissimi.
Da un 5 stelle mi aspetto quanto meno in topper.
Personalmente ho dormito malissimo, e noto da altre recensioni che altre persone hanno evidenziato la stessa cosa.
Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sente veramente tutto. Le porte sono finissime si sentono semplicemente anche solo i passi di chi attraversa il corridoio.
Colazione alla carta non mi è piaciuta, se si sceglie questo metodo bisogna essere molto preparati.
Ci hanno portato un foglio con delle scelte, la cameriera ha fatto molta confusione, mettendo in imbarazzo anche noi per tutte le volte che le abbiamo fatto notare gli errori (nonostante ci fosse scritto). Frutta assente nonostante la richiesta, yogurt normale anziché AD, succo pera ( che era ananas) di pera avevo chiesto la frutta, le torte non erano per niente buone.
Forse la colazione non la riterrei all’altezza di un 5 stelle assolutamente. Consiglierei di rivedere la cosa.
Invece cocktail buonissimi.

Purtroppo servizi molto inferiori alle aspettative. Personale gentile e location top.
Pros:

La struttura è situata in una posizione stupenda a strapiombo sul mare. Anche la spa è molto bella ma ha dei limiti che non ci si aspetterebbe.

Cons:

1) La spa si trova in uno spazio separato dal resto della struttura; noi siamo stati lì a dicembre, ci hanno detto di scendere in accappatoio e abbiamo rischiato di ammalarci.
2) le stanze non sono insonorizzate e a noi è capitata la sfortuna di avere il vicino che ha tenuto la TV accesa fino alle 2 di notte. Non accettabile da una struttura con 5 stelle.
3) il servizio cortesia è molto dozzinale e minimalista.
4) nelle stanze è compreso solamente un bollitore e non una macchina per caffè.
