Uroczy pałacyk prawie na morzu
Pros:

Fantastyczne położenie pałacyku, wprost na cyklu z widokiem na morze. Doskonała obsługa, bardzo miła. Sympatyczny basen z bardzo ciepłą wodą, śniadanie z karty, można skomponować śniadanie nie tylko słodkie.

Cons:

Mało funkcjonalne pokoje, ale to wynika z charakteru tego typu budynków.

Ein einstmals edles Hotel, das in die Jahre gekommen ist, punktet nur mehr mit der Lage.

Cons:

Der bei Regen glatte Weg vom Parkplatz zum Hotel, die Wellnesseinrichtung wird extra verrechnet ( auch nur das Schwimmen im Salzwasserbecken ist in 90 Minuten - Einheiten zu bezahlen), es gibt nur eine Einheitsgröße bei den Bademänteln, Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet ( man kann in der Früh nur anhand einer Liste auswählen, was man möchte), wobei das Angebot sehr eingeschränkt ist und bei Weitem nicht einem 5-Sterne Hotel entspricht. Die Einrichtung und das gesamte Hotel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Putz fällt von den Außenmauern, die Türen sind schmal, es gibt nur einen ganz schmalen Aufzug, den auch das Personal benutzt. Bei der Bestellung des Frühstücks wurde immer etwas vergessen. Man darf auf der Terrasse des eigenen Zimmers zwar rauchen, mir wurde aber erklärt, dass ich keinen Aschenbecher haben kann. Nach 4 Tagen erhielt ich dann doch einen. Die Avocado , die beim Frühstück serviert wurde, war braun und als ich Obst nachbestellen wollte, wurde mir erklärt, dass ich Obst vorher 2x hätte ankreuzen müssen, aber die Kellnerin würde schauen, ob wir noch Obst bekommen könnten. Sehr befremdlich für eine derartige Hotelkategorie. Teilweise entspricht vor allem das jüngere Personal vom Verhalten her nicht dieser Kategorie.

Tout ! L'emplacement exceptionnel en bord de mer, le réveil avec le roulement des vagues, le petit déjeuner, le service, le spa avec piscine hammam et sauna, le billard, la bienveillance de l'équipe. On se sent tout simplement ailleurs à la Villa Las Tronas !

Fantastisch und viel schöner als erwartet!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist absolut außergewöhnlich, die Gartenanlage ist groß und sehr schön. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind großzügig.

Posto meraviglioso ma molto da migliorare

Struttura bellissima, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Ben tenuta, tuttavia per il costo molte cose da migliorare.

Da un 5 stelle mi aspetto quanto meno in topper.
Personalmente ho dormito malissimo, e noto da altre recensioni che altre persone hanno evidenziato la stessa cosa.
Le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sente veramente tutto. Le porte sono finissime si sentono semplicemente anche solo i passi di chi attraversa il corridoio.
Colazione alla carta non mi è piaciuta, se si sceglie questo metodo bisogna essere molto preparati.
Ci hanno portato un foglio con delle scelte, la cameriera ha fatto molta confusione, mettendo in imbarazzo anche noi per tutte le volte che le abbiamo fatto notare gli errori (nonostante ci fosse scritto). Frutta assente nonostante la richiesta, yogurt normale anziché AD, succo pera ( che era ananas) di pera avevo chiesto la frutta, le torte non erano per niente buone.
Forse la colazione non la riterrei all’altezza di un 5 stelle assolutamente. Consiglierei di rivedere la cosa.
