Staff friendly - no English but they made a real effort to communicate
Restaurant closed and we were not notified. Arrived 3pm - room was ready but no facilities for late lunch or dinner - struggled to find somewhere open in nearby villages. Both at lunchtime and evening.
Not a four star hotel as advertised. Pleasant stay but would not return.
Fantastisch mooie ligging. Prachtig zwembad. Fijne douche. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Prima ontbijt. Diner/ontbijt wordt ook buiten geserveerd. Goede parkeergelegenheid.
Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met 1 bed maar die bleek niet beschikbaar. Wij kregen een kosteloze upgrade echter deze kamer had 2 losse bedden die op afstand van elkaar stonden.
Koelkast werkte niet.
Airco/verwarming werkte niet.
Koffie (cappuccino) was echt slecht (kwam uit een koffieautomaat).
Beperkte menukaart voor diner.
Coperto €6 per persoon is wel heel hoog.

The view from our room was amazing and we had a nice sized patio to sit out on. Our room and bathroom were very large and they set up a bed for our son in our room which was nice. The breakfast had a nice variety of eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, baked goods and juice/coffee/tea. There is a very large pool but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was a little too cool outside during our stay. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was good. They even took care to provide some options for my aunt who can’t eat gluten.
The service was friendly and attentive. We were able to park near the entrance to the building our room was in.
The wi-fi didn’t work for most of our stay which was a bummer.

Accappatoio piccolo. Doccia non funzionante come idromassaggio. Mancanza di chiarezza dei prezzi extra (bar e bevande a tavola). Poca chiarezza sui servizi offerti come letti sul sito (sport, escursioni, bici).
La location
La ristorazione davvero non il linea con la struttura. Poca attenzione ai clienti per via del personale poco professionalizzato e alcuni prezzi (otto euro per un Crodino) davvero esagerati

Niente che non sia stato bello
This was already my third stay at Sa Muvara hotel. It's a lovely place: located a bit remotely, but very quietly in the mountains, with a stunning view. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable, big beds and modern bathrooms. We had a huge balcony with sun beds. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, swimming and having a drink. The food is excellent and the staff is very attentive.
The dinner menu is a bit small. When staying for more than two nights, things start to repeat. But that's not too bad because every dish is delicious.
