Aceitável.
Pros:

A minha estadia no hotel foi com um grupo de amigos. De um modo geral foi agradável. O pequeno-almoço era bom e bastante variado, com opções para todos os gostos. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

Quando o nosso grupo chegava para o pequeno-almoço, certos alimentos esgotavam-se rapidamente e a reposição nem sempre foi feita a tempo.
Os quartos do hotel precisam de uma renovação.

A cama era grande e confortável.

Cons:

O hotel é antigo e não há remodelação ou manutenção.
As paredes estão muito desfoladas, as casas de banho estão a precisar de manutenção e o chuveiro para além de escorregar não estava bem limpo.

Check-out: Hier war das Personal das erste mal zuvorkommend und freundlich, was wir sehr schätzten. Der Check-out funktionierte Komplikationslos und einfach.

Cons:

Check-in: Unser Flug landete bereits um 06:25Uhr in Cagliari, wobei wir um 07:00Uhr im Hotel waren. Ich schrieb vor unserer Abreise vier Mal ein Mail um zu fragen ob ein früheres Check-in möglich ist, und wir bekamen immer die Antwort ,,je nach Verfügbarkeit“.
Als uns dann die Rezeptionistin sehr unfreundlich und abwertend abgewiesen hat und uns mit der Zeit auch kein wenig entgegen gekommen ist, mussten wir 5h in der Stadt herumlaufen bis wir um 14:00Uhr einchecken konnten.

Personal: Wie gesagt die einte Rezeptionistin war äusserst unhöflich. Wir vestanden kein Italienisch, somit musste die Kommunikation auf Englisch erfolgen und dies war mangelhaft. Zudem haben sie sich über uns lustig gemacht als wir den Aufzug nicht fanden für zu unserer Etage, da wir ihr Englisch wie gesagt nicht verstanden haben. Leider eine sehr schlechte und inakzeptable Erfahrung.

Sauberkeit: beim einchecken fanden wir ein unsauberes Zimmer vor, welches auf den Möbel staubig war und der Boden dreckig. Zudem besteht dringendst Renovationsbedarf. Als wie dann für den nächsten Morgen einen Zimmer Service beansprucht haben, hat uns das Hotel 15 Euro dafür verrechnet.

Lärm: Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig! Das machte sich schon am ersten Morgen um 08:00Uhr bemerkbar als mitten im Hotel, in den Gängen und Hallen eine Hochzeit gefeiert wurde. Somit konnten wir nicht weiterschlafen und waren gestört. Auch während des restlichen Aufenthaltes gab es praktisch keinen einzigen Morgen, indem in der Eingangshalle nicht irgendein Apero gehalten wurde.

Optisch: Das Hotel sah auf den Bildern ganz anders aus als in echt, anbei noch das Bild. Wie gesagt von aussen sehr heruntergekommen und dringenst renovierungsbedürftig.

Frühstück: mangelhaft, es wurde selten bis gar nicht aufgefüllt und warme Kosten wie Rührei etc waren immer kalt. Zudem war es kein ausgewogenes Frühstück, nur kleine Auswahl an Früchten, ansonsten Zuckercroissants und Kuchen.
