Absolut zum Wiederkommen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Das Reinigungspersonal war absolute Topklasse - ein so sauberes Hotel ist selten zu finden.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad/WC gut eingeteilt und ausgestattet (bis auf einen Punkt).
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Gesamtambiente des Hotels war echt fein.

Cons:

Das Einzige, das zu bemängeln ist, ist die Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad. Rasieren oder schminken ist aufgrund der schlechten Ausleuchtung echt eine Challenge. - Das ist mir und meiner Frau in den letzten Jahren aber in etlichen guten Hotels aufgefallen. Das liegt wohl daran, dass Innenraumdesigner offensichtlich nie in Hotels absteigen ;-)

Well located but disappointing, with poor sound insulation
Pros:

The property is well located and well maintained, and is currently undergoing a full renovation which, in my opinion, was unnecessary. It does not appear to have brought any significant improvements, aside from introducing very minimalist furnishings—a widespread new trend of questionable value.

Cons:

Despite the major renovations, the same issue remains: a lack of sound insulation. Noise from other rooms and the corridor is a significant problem. This is not only due to inconsiderate guests and housekeeping staff, but also everyday sounds such as talking, snoring, and “other noises” from neighbouring rooms, which make the stay quite unpleasant.

Nice hotel, great location, breakfast - worth a visit!
Pros:

Location was nice and underground garage was easy to enter and find parking, although there aren't that many spaces...I got last one. They have some English speaking channels and you can access Netflix or You Tube from TV in room. They also get bonus points for Kleenex! Breakfast was above average with bubbly and lots of pastry choices.

Cons:

Pillows - you do get two - are like rocks. Room was a little dark, even with lights on. Would be nice if they let hotel guests use the spa during certain times for free (like, guests can use it for 1 hour during a lesser-used timeframe)

Ottima la posizione, staff sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio privato, cosa molto comoda in una città come Cagliari. Ottima colazione, varia e di qualità.
