Die Unterkunft, das Frühstück und der Service hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Uns hat es sehr gestört dass die Frotteetücher im Badezimmer jeden Tag ausgewechselt wurden und zum Teil dann nicht mehr ersetzt wurden.

Posizione eccellente. Il personale è molto gentile, cordiale e competente. La colazione è ottima, così come il menù del ristorante. Si sono dimostrati molto efficienti nel risolvere i problemi e hanno cambiato rapidamente la mia stanza. Tornerei sicuramente nello stesso hotel

Le prime due notti ho avuto una camera deplorevole, con un cattivo odore, molto sgradevole. Non era una camera all'altezza degli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle. Dopo il mio reclamo, mi hanno prontamente cambiato stanza. Non mi è piaciuto nemmeno il fatto che abbiano portato via gli alimenti per la colazione prima della fine dell'orario previsto. Dopo aver protestato, almeno mi hanno chiesto se avessi bisogno di qualcosa.
