La situation centrale, l’amabilité du personnel prêt à aider.

Cons:

Équipements anciens, locaux sombres, tristes, escalier de 15 marches à l’arrivée (bagages?), salle de bains ancienne, l’hôtel mérite vraiment d’être modernisé…

At a nice square.
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast. Nice neighbourhood.

Cons:

It was noisy: I did ask for a quiet room upon booking, I asked again at check-in, I changed the room, but still I regret that they couldn’t give me a quiet room. After I left they reacted quite good.

Pros:

Top Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer (Parkettboden) mit großem Badezimmer.An der Rezeption konnte man jederzeit sehr freundlich Hilfe bekommen, sofern das überhaupt nötig war.

Location for walking and taxi’s

Cons:

Bar shuts at 10, cleaner didn’t restock minibar, toilet rolls or tissue. Didn’t replenish tea making items. Bar stock was poor as no white wine. Power went off at night, no knock on the door or apology, as a result lift didn’t work following morning. Cooked breakfast offer was basic.

La posizione è la colazione

Cons:

L’assistenza in reception inadeguata: per tre volte mi hanno risposto che non c’era la mia prenotazione di due camere ! Magari prima di dire ad un cliente una cosa del genere meglio verificare bene .
Poi sempre attesa in coda in reception perché c’era poco personale
