Pros:

Ótima localização. Tamanho do quarto muito bom., confortável. Banheiro grande.

Cons:

Poderiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza do quarto que deixava a desejar quando a gente olhava nos cantos. Precisei afastar a cama de solteiro p/ o meu filho e embaixo estava muito empoeirado a até com caco de vidro.

Great location in Genoa with helpful front desk staff
Pros:

The hotel was in a central location and the city was very walkable from here. It's a standard type of hotel with a good breakfast but what made it exceptional were the very helpful young women who staffed the front desk. Every shift had two staff who were friendly, helpful, efficient and overall very pleasant in their interactions and recommendations.

Cons:

Staff in breakfast room seemed a bit distracted and getting coffee required more effort than you'd expect.
