The staff is always very pleasant, polite, and friendly! The rooms are very clean. You can leave your luggage at reception after checkout in a lockable room. There are two elevators, so there are no stairs from the outside or inside. The location is very convenient—one minute from the train station.

Cons:

One room was very warm. The other room was cool the next day. I don't like turning on the heating at night because of the noise. I covered myself with my long coat.

Una Maravilla
Pros:

El baño merece más que 10 puntos, es el mejor baño que he visto nunca. Todo impresionante.
La cama también merece más que 10 puntos: un Encanto.
Personal del hotel: súper simpáticos
El hotel vende comida y bebida, muy apreciado porque los restaurantes cierran temprano en Génova, algo que no entiendo, pero bueno, será algo cultural. El hotel tiene 2 ascensores y 2 escaleras con escalones muy cómodas y elegantes.
Gran altura de techo de cada planta, si no me acuerdo mal son 24 escalones entre planta y planta.
Ventanas que aíslan el sonido de la ciudad pero también fáciles de abrir.
Cada habitación tiene aire acondicionado y puedes elegir la temperatura que quieras.
Lugar muy céntrico a 30 segundos de la estación de tren Génova Piazza Principe.

Il personale è sempre molto gentile, educato e cordiale! Le camere sono pulitissime. Dopo il check-out, è possibile lasciare i bagagli alla reception in un'apposita stanza con serratura. Ci sono due ascensori, quindi non ci sono scale né dall'esterno né dall'interno. La posizione è molto comoda: a un minuto dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Cons:

Faceva molto caldo in una stanza. Il giorno dopo, faceva freddo nell'altra. Non mi piace accendere il riscaldamento di notte a causa del rumore. Mi sono avvolto in un lungo cappotto.
