Aangenaam en voldoet aan de verwachtingen.
Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangst, aangename kamer, handige ligging om met de trein te reizen.

Cons:

Putje van de douche stonk, waardoor de hele badkamer stonk.
De chromecast/mirroring op de tv werkte niet, terwijl dat wel geafficheerd werd.

La posizione. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, circa a 30 metri. E vicino alla stazione della Metro circa 150 metri.

La posizione di questo albergo è davvero ottimale se si arriva in treno alla stazione Porta Principe, in quanto si trova sulla stessa piazza, a pochi metri. È comunque piuttosto vicino al centro e al porto e la zona non crea problemi di sicurezza.
La cortesia del personale e il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Le stanze sono semplici ma decorose e luminose. La colazione ha una buona scelta di prodotti.
È possibile lasciare il bagaglio anche fino a sera, se la partenza avviene tardi.
È stata la seconda volta che scelgo questa struttura per il mio soggiorno a Genova e, salvo, sorprese, potrebbe essere un buon punto di riferimento in futuro.

Cons:

- Manca una macchinetta per fare tè o caffè in stanza.
- Una delle due sale per la colazione, con il tavolo di servizio al centro - se è affollata - non è il massimo per muoversi: i tavoli sono tutt' intorno e si rischia qualche incidente e comunque un continuo stare in equilibrio con le tazze o i piattini tra il via vai degli ospiti.
- Il latte in polvere della macchina per le bevande calde.

Bon emplacement, personnel très sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La television ne captait pas grand-chose, pas de parking directement à l'hôtel, même si un parking n'était pas très loin , ça nous a coûté cher les deux jours.
