Excelente atención del personal, tanto de recepción como en el desayuno.
Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrica. Precio adecuado.
Es un hotel con solera, con sus ventajas e inconvenientes (pocos)

Non consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare lì.
Pros:

Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e il personale è gentile. La colazione non offre molta scelta, ma è comunque più che sufficiente per una colazione leggera e veloce.

Cons:

Le camere sono piccolissime e tenute davvero male. Inoltre l’albergo è molto rumoroso: si sente tutto, sia dalla finestra che dal corridoio.

Ritornare a Genova sarà sempre un piacere.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, la colazione eccezionale.

Cons:

Le camere sono un po' datate, corridoio per raggiungere la camera dall'uscita dell' ascensore molto stretto.

Ottima soluzione per visitare l'acquario
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione molto ricca e posizione strategica per visitare l'acquario e le altre attrattive sul porto

Cons:

Le persiane della finestra non si chiudevano e quindi la mattina entrava molta luce e il water era incassato nell'angolo tra il bidet e il lavandino,non proprio comodissimo
