Nice hotel with good breakfast.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Convienient Parking garage. Located in the historic centre and near the beach. Room was modern and up to date. Pool area was clean with enough sunbeds.

Cons:

Room was bit on the small side for four people. Junior suite.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non all'altezza, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina in quanto non c'erano lettini , il bagno della piscina non era pulito.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit äusserst freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, zudem war das Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ermöglichte uns die Altstadt zu Fuss zu erleben sowie den Hafen zu erreichen, wo wir Bootstouren bis nach Portofino sowie Cinque Terre unternehmen konnten.

Cons:

Die Liegeflächen bzw. Schattenplätze beim Pool waren eher begrenzt, jedoch war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und suchte nach Lösungen.

très bien pour le personnel l'emplacement mais a + de 300 € la nuit je suis déçu

le personnel , l'accueil, la disponibilité, le petit déjeuné de qualité avec un large choix et de bon produits.

Cons:

la vétusté sur certain endroits comme a la piscine parasols déchirés margelles de piscine cassée et dans la chambre tapisserie déchiré bas de porte en bois cassé et robinet salle de bain branlant .
concernant le restaurant les plats annoncé dans le menu ne corresponde pas a l'intitulé comme œuf parfait a la truffe noir a 18 € truffe présente dans l'assiette mais sans le moindre gout ni odeur de truffe.
pour suivre sur un autre plat comme magret de canard fruit rouge et figues pareille dans l'assiette pas la moindre figue ou gout de figues !!! dommage car il y a des commentaires positif et une réputation pour se restaurent centenaire et dernier point mais qui n'affecte en rien mais juste un conseille mais pour un hôtel restaurent international pour la clientèle la moutarde devrais pouvoir êtres disponible comme le ketchup ou la mayonnaise.
mais concernant le service il est vraiment digne d'un hôtel 4 Etoiles notamment le chef de salle qui a préparé une très belle table pour nos 18 ans de mariage avec un dessert surprise et offert par la maison

En perle i Chiavari - smuk by også.
Pros:

Alt var fantastisk, Monte Rosa er en lille perle i fantastiske Chiavari. Alt var perfekt, service niveau virkelig i top. Havde booket junior suite og var heldig at få dem med størst balkon. Personalet gav sig altid god tid til at levere maximal service, så prøv denne lille perle. Husk at bestille plads i garagen hvis du kommer i bil.

Comfort ed eleganza in un’oasi nel cuore storico di Chiavari

La struttura è storica, molto elegante, in una zona particolarmente affascinante dei portici di Chiavari; rappresenta da sempre per me una piccola isola autonoma dove spiccano comfort, eleganza e disponibilità dello staff intero; una menzione a Luca, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di usufruire di una colazione appartata assieme al nostro cucciolo ….

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ormai un po’ troppo sbilanciato verso il secondo fattore (caratteristica non solo di questo albergo ma di moltissime strutture site in Italia)
