Pros:

Sia l'accoglienza , sia il ristorante. Professionalità e gentilezza da parte di tutti i dipendenti. ottimo servizio sia al ristorante sia alla prima colazione. servizio di accettazione portineria e assistenza al garage ottimo.

Cons:

Piscina e idro massaggio poco curati con sporco sul fondo, sporco nero su tutto il bordo perimetrale della piscina.
Idromassaggio usato sin modo inadeguato sia dagli adulti sia dai bambini che lo utilizzavano come un gioco

Soggiorno natalizio davvero positivo
Pros:

La posizione è ottimale: vicino al centro nevralgico di Chiavari con i suoi bei negozi, bar, ristoranti. L'accoglienza gentile, sorridente e professionale. La struttura molto curata ed estremamente pulita in ogni sua parte. Il ristorante di ottimo livello che affaccia sulla piscina: davvero gradevole anche nel periodo invernale.
Un particolare ringraziamento alla signora Francesca per la gentilezza che mi ha fatto spontaneamente e che ha aggiunto serenità al mio soggiorno. Anche i camerieri del ristorante e della colazione si sono dimostrati molto gentili oltre che professionali.
Sentirsi accolta con gentilezza e attenzioni quando si soggiorna da sola è una carezza per il cuore.
