Det var vanskelig å parkere og det var dyrt å parkere.

Clean hotel, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was continental and a good enough choice. The breakfast room lady was very attentive.

Vi bokade 14 dagar på detta hotell, fin service i reception, välstädat och fräscht med tillmötesgående personal, fantastiskt fin takterss med utsikt där vi satt varje kväll med tilltugg och god dryck.Hotellet hjälpte till att boka taxi till flyget mitt i natten och taxin var punktlig-så vi kommer gärna tillbaka och vill gärna rekommendera detta hotell.

Lovely check in staff. Supermarket nearby was great. Room in need of upgrade did not compare to other 3 star hotels in italy. Very noisy at night, disturbed our sleep on 2 nights.

Convenient, close to transport (ferry and train).

A prefect place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went over and above to make our stay a pleasure. Total value for money.

My room was tiny but clean. The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Small hotel coveniently located, very clean and personnel really nice and helpful

Spent 4 nights at the hotel . It is slightly off the central area of Rapallo, but only a couple of blocks , it is a bit noisy because it is on one of the main roads that gets you to the autostrada. The hotel is a bit dated , but the room was clean , reasonably sized , and so was the bathroom. Good WiFi, free, good AC in the room.Breakfast is fine, maybe a bit less choices than other hotels in the area , the lady that served there was super nice. The breakfast room has no AC and you feel it.
It is reasonably priced, and while it is not my favorite in the area I would go back .

Such a gem in the middle of town. And the friendliest staff ever! Delicious cappuccinos and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. If you need car parking try to make a reservation beforehand. We didn't know but the staff bend over backwards to get us a permit to park on the street

We loved our 4 day stay here. The staff were uniformly cheerful and informative (thanks Lucretia, Giovanni and breakfast lady), the building charming, with a deck available on the 5th floor. The whole establishment was sparkling clean. Location is great, between 2 grocery stores, 10 minutes from the train station. Good soundproofing and air con. Plentiful storage, sweet balcony. Breakfast offered lots of options in all food groups in a pleasant room. Overall, top notch!

Parking (un peu cher 22€/nuit) sécurisé à proximité. Gare à 10 minutes.
Une cafetière dans la chambre serait un plus.

I had a brief stay here while visiting Portofino. The location is great. It’s across the street from a grocery store and only 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean. I stayed in a very small single room which was very clean and met all my needs. WiFi was good as well.

Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.
